On a wet January evening, a good friend and I welcomed into the fireside Snug for a very good meal and friendly service. Quite busy with other diners but good social distancing. The size of the bill was our fault for being tempted by the most expensive dishes and the best wines. Recommended.

I had a lovely evening with a friend here. The burger we had was freshly made and tasty.The pub has an old english pub feel and wonderfully preserved. The ceilings are quite low there, but, I think it added to the charm.Food was delivered in good time, staff were very nice too.Great for a pub night with food, in a small Village pub with close friends.

Nestled in the middle of the Village, this charming pub serves good local beers, English food. Visiting the pub is a must, if passing through the beautiful village.

One of the best village pubs I've visited. Tremendous atmosphere, low ceilings, smoked old fireplaces and a pint of ale with tasty grub will make your day. Highly recommended if you're craving a great pub experience.
