It's a lovely cafe in North Tawton food is good, coffee is great, cakes apparently are the best.Criticisms are some off the cakes were just for display and not for eating 😕 and sometimes not everything is available.But a worthwhile stop, especially for tourists for a good cuppa and a scone the Devon way 😂

Kirsty's kitchen is one of those rare places that you happen to stumble into and think - " why have I never been here before!" Selling a seletion of breakfasts from the huge Dunners Double to a poached egg on toast everything is freshly made and locally sourced. Kirsty also makes celebration cakes and will create amazing buffets for any occasion.

I went on a cupcake decorating course around Easter last year and it was so much fun. I am a keen baker myself and was pleasantly surprised at how much I learnt and the new tricks and tips for sculpting and creating different designs. I have since used them all with my baking and they are commented on all the time. We had a really lovely day and the afternoon cream tea was delicious (all homemade by Kirsty of course). Can't wait to book on a new one and would always recommend Kirsty for any cake requirements. Thank you for being my cake guardian angel! All the best, Kerri

Fantastic course in Bread Making. Spent the day making lots of different types of bread - all successful! Kirsty is a wonderful host and made us all feel very welcome. We also had a yummy lunch. Don't miss an opportunity to go on one of her courses. Thanks Kirsty - I will be back!

I really enjoyed the Traditionl Cupcake workshop I attended, itwas a lovely morning picked up lots of tips, in the break we enjoyed a cream tea, made by Kirsty. This workshop gave me inspiration for decorating my Christmas cake. Would definitley attend another workshop.Oh if you have a special occasion and need a unique cake Kirsty is your Gal.
