Subway in West Devon

Always good value and real tasty. I had the roast chicken, bacon and cheese in hearty Italian. Loved it. Good service here from the friendly chef. 👍

Wish they change gloves after cleaning the counter and not handle food with the same gloves.There was house flies and mosquitoes.Don't ho to this outlet.

It's a Subway, but staff needed a little more training.

Staff told me to wait… they are going to open in 15 minutes and kept telling me that.1h later still not open.They don’t care and when it’s open staff is not nice at all!Dont go there!

Why subway even bothers to advertise a certain thing on their menu for their workers to not even make it the correct way…NO ONE LIKES SOGGY PRE COOKED SCRAMBLED EGGS (or whatever that is that you call eggs🤢🤢🤢)

Two staff on, on a Tuesday afternoon. Seemed happy and I received good attentive service. Shame Subway don't pay a little more than minimum wage. I went into one into Paignton in Devon, only one person was on. How on earth they got breaks, was a complete mystery.

Visited here en route to Cornwall for breakfast. We did not have to wait to be served as there was no queue, however we felt that the service was very “procedural “ and when we tried to ask questions that were slightly out of order - such as can we have ketch up please - we were told “I will ask you that in a minute”. We tried to have a bit of conversation with the lady but that seems to fall on deaf ears. However the serve was efficient and food acceptable and what you’d expect.

lad serving (Tom?) was happy, friendly n polite despite being busy. Made it worth stopping. It's rare to get good customer service these days sadly! Thanks Tom. Sub was pretty good too

As always the food was greatThe service on the other hand was shocking the poor chap was having to do pretty much everything whilst the girl was chatting and doing nothing, then when we went to pay she tried to hurry us along and didn't ask us about drinks, got a cup after much faffing went to use the machine only to find that half the drinks wernywe working which we weren't even told about. Will wait till we get to Exeter next time
