Baboo Gelato Ltd in West Dorset

Thank goodness this little gelato kiosk is not near home. I’m not sure how I’d be able to resist their wonderful product and such friendly servers - it wouldn’t do my diet any good at all! Their vanilla even won over my wife, who always prefers a whippy ice cream.

I'm a confirmed gelato/ice cream hound. Some people going to a new town or city look for a pub or restaurant, me, it's a gelateria or ice cream parlour. So who'd have thought having tried gelato all over the U.K. & Europe, especially in Italy, that I'd find near to my wife's home town of Bridport, the BEST gelato I've ever tasted! Not only that but the friendliest of 'Scoopers' let me and my family, 'try before you buy' and explained that there are only natural ingredients in all their products. Gelato heaven. Love & Respect ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Great little kiosk, lovely lady that works there, was perfect because they catered for my little boy with allergies as well as doing normal food. We loved it so much we went back the next day

This gelato was probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had! We came back two days in a row as it was so delicious. The two scoop cone was my particular favourite: double chocolate and hazelnut combination was absolutely delightful and highly recommend all the visit. Very complimentary to watching the sunset.

One of the best gelato ice creams we've enjoyed outside of Italy. Delicious!Their wafer cones are good too.... Although the one on Weymouth beach gave us bigger scoops ;-)

The hazelnut ice cream was simply the best I've tasted. Maple and walnut was also extremely good but a bit sweet. So so much better than Mr Whippy. If you want a great ice cream try Baboo.

Sorbets are delicious and usually vegan friendly. Also, their doggy ice cream is totally safe for humans and actually delicious, if you fancy something a bit different!

Exquisite ice cream, it's all locally made and you can taste it before you buy! Also the staff are extremely helpful and nice.
