Good coffee, good location and great staff

Very friendly staff and good service. Plus you can take your dog.

·

It's very nice and comfy ,but disabled toilet needs a good clean .

·

Plenty of seating inside but also has outdoor seating available with views of Sherborne School Quadrangle.Staff polite, friendly and attentive and recognise the regular customers now. Having visited a few times since opening, I was referred to as a regular on my last visit and my choice of beverage preference was remembered from a previously.Great location and near some of the town centre car parks.

Good hot coffee and when revisiting the counter the wonderful staff member even remembered our order. We are not local and the first time we have visited here and made to feel welcome and valued. Haydon Tate is a real credit to Caffe Nero and an asset to the Sherborne store.

Scrumptious banana bread a charming secluded garden but this place needs a good clean ESPECIALLY in the disabled bathroom check on the soap level.

·

Usually really good and great service. However weekend girl who worked there kept screaming really loudly and gave me a cold panini otherwise I think it's great.

·

Shocking customer service. Walked in just now with my 8 year old son. There were 2 servers and one guy behind the counter. Not once did they break their conversation to look at us. They COMPLETELY ignored us and we stood there for a long time. Utter disgrace how they treat their customers. We walked out in disgust.

A great place to go and have a tea and croissant 🥐 chat with friends. Broadband is a bit iffy. Apart from that, all is good there. Go and enjoy 😀

This place is noisy! It was very full. I only like the coffee with an extra shot, otherwise it's very weak and widdly. The seating was okay, staff fine. We get two stamps on our cards because we have reusable cups. That's not bad. Can neither recommend nor not. It's Nero. You know what you're getting.
