Went there for lunch after getting hitched at the registry office.Really friendly staff, the waitress who look after us was polite and good at her job, credit to your team.Food was fantastic, we had a lovely time. Thank you.

Not a good experience. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order and that wasn't even drinks. We had our starter which was lovely but it took a while before anyone came to take the plate when we had finished. Our mains eventually came and mine wasn't what I ordered. Went up to explain and then was presented with another wrong dish before I finally got the right one. As for the side dish it came when we had finished but was told we didn't have to pay. To finish it off when we went to pay the bill we were presented with there wrong bill's. A disaster from start to finish.

Our server Emese was honestly one THE sweetest and most lovely people I have ever met. Even if the food had not been delicious, she made my night! But the food was delicious too.

Just had a lovely meal here and everything was brilliant. Got to give a special mention to our waiter Tiago who was brilliant with his humour and brilliant customer service. Will be back again soon to see him! Many thanks

We enjoyed a superb meal all enhanced by the manager Salvadore who is on the ball with both customers & staff alike, clearly a great asset to Carluccio's I hope they appreciate him.Our waitress was Emily who was very proffessional & attentive. We also sent our compliments to the head chef Atilla as the meal was cooked & presented superbly. We absolutely wanted for nothing, a fantastic meal making the evening complete & fully enjoyable.

Visited the Dorchester restaurant yesterday where we have enjoyed many good meals in the past, however on this occasion my Wife and myself both ordered tomato brushetta which was good and the cauliflower orrecchiette from the daytime set menu which was served minus the roasted cauliflower and breadcrumbs, this was replaced with some small pasta shapes which tasted like rubber, definatly not al dente or advertised as part of the dish. The waiter was good and attentive but seemed a little hampered by service from the kitchen which seemed slow for a restaurant with only a few tables occupied.

Oh dear, what to say? The food was great and good size portions. Our waiter was lovely, very attentive (but not too much) and helpful. The low star rating is due to the management not honouring a 20% discount code which I had checked the T&C's about - valid all month, saying they couldn't accept it on a Friday as they were so busy (hmmm, about a quarter full I would say) I had even mentioned it when booking but wasn't told then, nor on arrival, that it wasn't valid. Won't be rushing back.

Less than ordinary. Really nice building. Clean, nice design in old brewery. Quite noisy inside. Ordered a cafe latte, arrived luke warm, as did my friend's cappucino so we sent them back. Staff immediately agreed to replace and bring new ones but when they arrived they were only slightly warmer and one of the worst coffees I have had in a while. Staff were neither friendly nor attentive. Looks really nice from the outside but I would not recommend it. Although they were fully booked for lunch so maybe their food is better than their coffee.
