Arrived having booked a table for Sunday evening at 7:00. Table was not ready and when we sat down we were informed that there were no burgers of any kind, no curries nor was there any chicken. The restaurant was not even busy and no excuse was given. Although the waitress was apologetic, we left disappointed to eat elsewhere. Had high hopes from the menu, but definitely will not be returning.

Good Saturday night pub dinner, serving food relatively late and near a car park (payable with cash and by phone).I had monkfish curry which was tasty but not particularly spicy. My partner enjoyed bangers and mash; we were a bit suprised this came without vegetables but tbf this is listed on the menu like this. Would recommend ordering side veg if you're going to want it. Burger and chips was also nice, a fairly standard burger.Beer availability was fine, and they sold teas and an elderflower presse.Staff were welcoming and warm, particularly as it got less busy towards the end of the night and they had more time.Interesting decor full of curiosities on display available to purchase and take home with you.

We, and our 2 dogs received a very warm welcome. Delicious scones with jam and cream, tea and coffee. Definitely a place to come back to. Thank you

We got asked three times in one minute of sitting down of we wanted a drink, us giving the same answer three times 'we will choose our food firstz then decide on a drink'.The food was lovely, though a bit overpriced. One of the staff asked us about the food and we said it was good, he thenade us aware that the shef would be informed, which was pleasing. The music was turned off and we asked for it back on, which then we were informed that their was a meeting going on! This made me think the customer did not come first, if the meeting needed to happen in the pub during dinner time, yes their was very few of us in the pub, but it's the principal.I wouldn't take my partner here again to eat dinner.

Popped in as we were freezing and wanted a hot drink to warm up.The inside of this pub was a real surprise! It’s really interesting inside and has lots to look at.Staff were friendly and happy for us to have the dog in there.Would definitely go back again for proper drinks

Hands down possibly THE best fish and chips that I have ever eaten at a pub! Really lovely place. Great food and good selection of drinks. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend and will visit again whenever I'm next in Lyme Regis!

A wonderful atmosphere, a very busy pub, with the best fish and chips, we've eaten in a long time. My little girl enjoyed her ham, egg and chips. Worth the wait, the staff were wonderful, very good customer service. 👍

This is a popular and welcoming place right by the harbour in Lyme Regis. The pub is interestingly decorated inside and very cosy. The staff were very busy, but very friendly, and there was a good beer selection on offer (including local Dorset options) and a wide range of gins.

Great atmosphere and decor. Food good and lots of options for veggie and gluten-free. Friendly staff. Seems to be open a lot more than other places in Lyme, so almost guaranteed a meal when everyone else has closed.

Stopped off for lunch en-route to Devon. Only wanted light bite, had local rosemary sausages, with red onion, in a granary roll. Delicious !!! Lovely quirky pub, very friendly and welcoming. Service was quick and very friendly.
