Food was fine however service isn't great. My son asked several times and politely for a takeaway cup for his slushie, to which he was either ignored or shunned off. He went to till area where 3 members of staff ignored him, and served people in the queue who arrived after him. When he finally got asked what he wanted he requested as follows.... "Can I please get a takeaway cup for my drink" response you'll have to order after the manager has served these customers first..... Then still got ignored. I then had to ask a waitress for it and no apology despite that fact I said he'd been ignored and stood at till for 5mins. Sort it out!!

Average food - and that’s the most positive thing I can say about this place. When arrived, no one paid us any attention, we waited long minutes by the door though the place was practically empty. Finally somebody showed us to an empty table with an annoyed expression and complete lack of manners. Once seated, everything (table, menus) was sticky and gave a rather dirty, rundown impression. Long wait for our orders (brought by a waiter who should really use some deodorant…), everything is overpriced. We won’t be back.

Got the Knickerbocker Glory Sundae, which was ok. I'm still not really sure how to process what happened... The guy brought over our desserts and we started to eat them, as you do, and then after about 5 minutes the guy comes up (no gloves on) and goes "I'm sorry, I forgot to put banana on it" and before I can say anything, he puts the banana on my sundae and just walks off...

Very good gluten free and vegan options. What you'd expect from a Creams store. Feels very American dessert diner which I think is the point but just not my preference but no fault of the Dorchester branch as thats just the chain. Lovely staff here. Keep going back as the waffles are too nice.

I’m not one to leave reviews for places but this has honestly had to be the worse experience we had. I came almost two months ago and the staff were lovely and well trained , I had a nice Oreo waffle and had a pleasant experience however this time round it was shocking! I ordered at the till and the girl was clueless on what she was doing (she had glasses) , it looked very understaffed and they obviously were struggling and were all very young. When we finally ordered it was a 50 minute wait for crepes and waffles (even tho last time it only took 10 mins and was busy)! When it came the ice cream was missing for the waffle so asked one of the staff members to get the Oreo ice cream for the side of the waffle in which was stated it would come with on the menu, the staff member had no apology and was very rude about the situation and when I asked her why i didn’t receive it “oh I’m new here” and told me herself they were understaffed and she was the most trained one (even tho she said she was new?) I don’t think the staff have had any training and the manager needs to sort the place out! Also the staff all looked very young and were left unattended, I’m not sure if this is even legal and really needs to be chased up on! Very disappointed

Wanted to go here for a while and erm...It's ok clean and the service is good but can get busy and as it's small you could be waiting until a table comes free.Helpful advice from the young lady to which wake to have ( thanks). Not sure I'll be back in a hurry.

Banoffee Cookie Dough - Service was fast, but perhaps rushed, as at first they didn't put the ice cream on top (comes as standard on the menu)Furthermore, they brought over the wrong size milkshake (Mint Areo Super Milkshake)We were not the only customer to have things be given different to what we ordered. In our 30 minute time there, two other customers went back to the tills with their food/drinks to say it was wrong.

Invented my own waffle - brilliant. Chose cherry sauce, fresh strawberries, whipped cream and mini marshmallows (£6.80)Im not an icecream lover (too sensative teeth) but that doesn't exclude me from the Pud Paradise. I'd Highly recommend this place as somewhere different from Chips or Tea & cake when all you fan y is a snack. Can't wait to go again.

Why have I never been here until now? The desserts were amazing. The staff were also friendly and helpful, the place looked nice enough but it's most definitely all about the food here 😁

The service was quite disappointing because there was such a massive reluctancy to let on try one-two flavours: not something you would expect in an icecream shop that is proud about their selection. American pancakes were good though.
