Developed food poisoning from the doner meat. Vomiting for days. Be careful. Don't risk it and just get chips instead.

The very best traditional pub for miles around. Excellent cask ales in prime condition at fair prices. The food at lunchtime is superb too. None of your chain pub nonsense, good home cooked food that won't break the bank. If you come to Sherborne and don't visit the Digby Tap then I am afraid you will have cheated yourself.

A proper pub in every sense. Great beer on draft, wide range of interesting food, brilliant prices, great atmosphere, cheerful helpful staff. Just what we hoped it would be!

This is THE drinking experience in Sherborne. Flag floor and convivial atmosphere. 5 hand pulls provide diverse real ales in excellent condition. We'll priced grub.

On the Casque-Mark Ale Trail although the beers sampled were good (quite a few 'samples' were tried) choices were limited.Had lunch with friends there. Simple food but well prepared and generous portions.A basic old fashioned pub in construction, layout and ambience and without pretentiousness.A good atmosphere also, for 'non locals'
