Kate's Farm Shop in West Dorset

On first impressions I was surprised at how unfriendly and unwelcoming the member of staff serving here was today. I was reading other reviews and there was a very rude and unprofessional reply to another customer which totally put me off going here again. I was hoping for a range of fruit and vegetables which I would have expected to see but found this to be very limited. The shop was very well laid out and attractive but it did seem more like a gift shop.

Needs more choice of honey ..limitedBut plenty of choice of pickles etc

They have really good quality produce and gifts here.

Cracking wee shop for those wee food items you dont find in regular shops. Good wee coffee aswell!

Had a great experience here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back regularly. Wicked range of stuff and apologies but I bought all of the scotch eggs they are to die for!

DON’T waste your money on a sandwich in this place, honestly in the whole of my life I’ve never eaten anything so dry and tasteless🤢🤮 , and was informed after complaining that they don’t use butter or mayonnaise in there sandwiches as some people have allergies 🤔……ok then . #madnessIn reply to your reply, I was honestly informed you don’t use butter or mayonnaise on your sandwiches due to about 5% of the population at best having these allergies, so NO that’s NOT the case . Try eating the sandwiches your selling you will soon realise how dry and tasteless it is .

Limited parking but the farm shop was well stocked with plenty of fresh produce. I was impressed with all the different choices on offer.
