Amazing staff, attentive and welcoming - one gentleman even gave us his toothpaste as we had forgotten ours! Another lady printed out directions for us which was very helpful.Rooms has lovely views over the sea, and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A really friendly and good value hotel. Staff were most obliging and helpful. Sea view rooms offer a really great view of the harbour and town, so it might be on top of the hill but the views are well worth it. A really pleasant stay.

Great location with free car park opposite. Breakfast good and staff friendly and efficient. Only downside is they don't do evening meals at the moment. Not a big problem as plenty of good eating places nearby.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast. Free parking opposite. Clean and welcoming room. We stayed in room 11 with beautiful views of Lyme. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation with friendly staff. Room was comfortable and quite spacious, beds were very comfortable, bathroom spacious. Great distance from the centre and the beach, quiet area. You can get some nice rest far from the very busy streets. Breakfast was fantastic and you can see it in the garden (weather permitted) which has great views. The hotel has a restaurant (which wasn't serving food at the time, due to COVID-19 times) and a bar. Big plus as well is the parking which is available for hotel residents, needed in a place like that. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay there again! :)

Stayed two nights and made to feel most welcome. Staff very accommodating, nothing too much trouble, Carl in particular was very friendly, enthusiastic, nice to see someone enjoying their work😊. Breakfasts very good, even cooked boiled eggs for our dog!

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were all so lovely & helpful, this made the mariners feel very homley & welcoming. My room was very clean, had a big shower, plus lots of tea coffee biscuits & hot chocolate. The bed was very comfy, didn't hurt my back at all wich is unusual. The breakfast..........Well what can I say?. It was fantastic & there is plenty to choose from. There is also a very nice looking garden out there back. The only thing that I could fault was the fact that it was at the top of a very steep hill. After saying that it was only about a 10 min walk from the beach, gardens, harbour, amusements & shops.I would thoraly recommend & will most definitely be back.Thank you very much guys for a great few days.

Lovely and charming hotel in a very convenient location in Lyme Regis. The room was nice and clean and we had coffee machine and tea available with biscuits. We stayed a week and we loved it. The breakfast was super nice with a nice variety. The staff was accommodating to any changes as well. I found the people working in there friendly and welcoming and I really wish them all the best. Even with difficulty after lockdown and shortage in staff the manager and his team went extra mile to ensure our stay was the best. They have also a nice private parking if you have a car. If not you can easily reach it by bus. We booked the hotel through Expedia and everything was nice and smooth.

Overall, it's a beautiful and quirky hotel, but didn't feel very well run.It has beautiful views and a green garden overlooking the sea, not to mention quirky old staircases and smart bedframes. The breakfasts were also a highlight, with super friendly service and nice food (the young lad who said he was new was particularly helpful). On the other hand, the hotel felt quite disorganised. I had to ask to have my room cleaned (having been there for 3 days). While there were teabags in my room, there was no kettle. And in the other room the light didn't work. The TVs are pretty terrible, and the bathrooms are passable. There was also a weird tapping sound I heard very early every morning in my room (room 5), still not sure what that was...We were also kept up several nights by people being loud downstairs (and in one case having a party until 2am!).Overpriced, but everything is this summer (2021).Overall, nice staff and a cute hotel, despite some mismanagement.

I just got back from a two night stay in Lyme Regis and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the initial booking enquiry to end these guys looked after us so well.I have decided very last minute to stay one night in Lyme so I booked it basically one night before but they were so accommodating. We stayed in a family room, which was very lovely and clean ( and lovely soft bed sheets, which btw I am usually very fussy about)Our deal included breakfast as well, and it was a spot on, especially having it their garden overlooking the sea 😍After we checked out next day I decided to stay an extra night. I called the hotel manager Leo and he managed to get us same room and we enjoyed another night at this gorgeous place.I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Its clean, cute, its staff is lovely and they cannot do enough for you.I will be definitely going back and I will be also recommending it to anyone wanting to stay in LymeThank you so much for a lovely weekend! We cannot wait to be back x
