Stayed here for 5 nights. I thought breakfast was a bit pricey, but OMG it was amazing! Good quality ingredients, everything cooked to perfection and served hot. Fabulous. 👊

Oh wow ! Is all I call this place. A massive variety of drinks not to mention the amazing Sunday carvery. Only an elephant 🐘 would go up for more & the quality is very tasty 😋.

Friendly staff. £5 a pint at time of review. Food served all day full english breakfast excellent. Clean worth a visit if staying at Highlands End.

Loved this place. Nice to go for a meal out as well as chuck your kids in the soft play while having a coffee. Toilets were good and well maintained and the play area was really fun. Definitely recommend.

Went for sunday lunch food was great, didn't like the choice of lager( personal preference) there are so many country pubs in the area which is our preference. Plus points food, dog friendly. Large inside and great play area outside for children

Quick service, hot and tasty food, live music, what more could you want? All bar and wait staff friendly and very accommodating. Good choice of food and drink on the menu and kids meals are cheap. Fairly expensive drinks and okay price on the adult mains but not too bad if you skip the puds !

Went here for the first time today.Reserved a table for lunch, parked easily and we were fairly quickly shown to our table.Order wasn't taken so I ordered drinks at the bar only to be told someone would take good order at table. Waited what seemed like 10-15 minutes and then went and ordered at the bar!Good Sunday roast with choice of 3 meats, huge portions and were offered a container for doggy bits. Eventually we were cleared and ordered desserts (not in the slightest bit necessary but it was a treat!)Pleasant restaurant area with a wood burner, and in addition there is pet friendly tables and a children's play area. Highly recommended but table staff could perhaps be a bit more alert.Loved the fire brigade memorabilia
