Morrisons Cafe in West Dorset

Stopped here for breakfast enroute from Bournemouth to Devon used the self service order which was easy wasn't overly busy at 9am on a sat morn waited about 15mins for food which was nicely presented hot and tasted good nice staff, reasonable prices for a supermarket cafe

Had a breakfast there this morning all nice and fresh would use again

Staff are always very cheerful and helpful

Sadly this cafe has gone downhill in recent times as the past couple of times I have visited they don't seem to have any sandwiches on display, nor any cakes or doughnuts like previously, very limited & the hot drinks machines seem to now be very weak & not very warm with long waits at the till to pay due to no staff availablity, dirty tables too.Unfortunately whilst drinking my coffee I witnessed a very heated discussion over a table of 4 who it seems ordered & paid for 2 cooked breakfasts and 2 fish and chip meals on the app/self serve till, they were then informed by the server who brought the 2 cooked breakfasts out to the table that they have no fish, it was only just gone 11am on a Monday morning, they were very upset that they were allowed to pay for the meals that were out of stock as well as not being informed before the 2 breakfasts came out as they obviously wanted to all eat together, utter mayhem as I really felt for them.

It's a Morrisons Cafe, you know what it is! Staff were great, food was hot and tasty, tea was rank, as always. God knows what teabags they chuck in them pots and the milk isn't full fat, but i drunk it and was happy with the overall experience!You get 5 stars when you're not charging me extra for a Yorkshire tea bag and full fat milk is an option!

Shocking no staff and when you do ask for staff so you can get food they don’t even turn up why keep it open if you have no staff there what a waste of my time plus doesn’t help the fact I only get half hour to eat on my break so wasted 15 minutes standing waiting and ended up having to buy a sandwich that I really didn’t want as I was leaving the store I noticed the cafe staff at main entrance chatting on and doing nothing but wasting company’s time if you ask me

Just tried to use Morrisons click and collect to order Fish and Chips from the Cafe Takeaway but found they were "OUT OF STOCK". How can they be out of stock when they have a fish shop in store??? Hopeless!!

Not a good experience, lunchtime Sunday - wait from till to food appearing 45 minutes. Cold vegetables, carrots in particularly were not cooked far too hard. Staff not bothered about the poor food, just stressed how busy they were! Definitely one to miss.

If it's good food with a good selection at almost budget prices for a touring family, this cafe ticks all the boxes. The staff are friendly and efficient, the whole site is clean and well maintained and there are more than enough toilets to cope with numbers even at busy shopping times. The car park is huge and a spot can always be found.

Excellent fish and chips and the batter was lovely and crispy and you can choose if you want beans/peas/bread and butter or good old tartar sauce ! Definitely would recommend this place as after 3 your children can eat for free you just have to have an adult to eat for each child to eat free
