Nando's in West Dorset

Haven't been here for over 2 years. Staff great, not too keen on the menu which has changed a lot. So not as keen on Nandos as I used to be.

Very clean nice atmosphere. Had to order food on app very slow in the end went to till.No choice if you don't like spicy chicken As comes marinated .food very nice but need to offer plain chicken at least give people the choice.not everyone likes spicy/ hot food. Otherwise very good

One of the few nando's that I can say I consistently have a good experience with. Great team, great food.

Was a vast improvement on the last time I went the portion sizes have improved. Staff as always are very helpful.

Nice food, but...we are in the middle of covid19, members of stuff touch the food by hands, they don't use gloves or face covers, not very nice to see them coughing near food.

Don't go with the initial"place your order by scanning the QR code"as if that's the only way to eat. It is rubbish as it's unreadable If you don't have 20/20 vision and it's a cop out of getting service...so, order at the till and then you get great service. The food was delicious as Nandos always are and staff were friendly. Recommended. Tell them to shove the QR though!

Love the food, some of the staff seem a bit grumpy (most of them are lovely). There always seems to be a lot of staff just standing around. Overall it's one of my favourite places to go for a good meal when I don't wanna cook

Was very nice the staff were very helpful and friendly . Good service lovely fresh food was certainly worth the wait once the ticket issue had been rectified . I would definitely recommend and would definitely go there again .

Another lovely experience at Nando's.Good covid precautions, tables thoroughly cleaned prior to use, single use menus, remote ordering and staff bring cutlery, refillable drinks, sauces etc to stop people heading inside.Nice undercover, but airy seating, sunny in the afternoon.Will definitely return, helped by NHS discount which is nice.
