Olive Tree in West Dorset

Absolutely wonderful meal and service here. Family of four and a dog so we sat outsidem. Exceeded all expectations of grabbing some lunch in the local town (we are away in our motorhome) Food and service 10/10

Amazing little find!We has a superb lunch. Food was delicious!Staff couldn't do enough for us and special mention to the young lady who was our waitress. So polite, professional and most of all friendly,creditto the Olive Tree!!Would highly recommend. Reasonably priced, plenty of variety, even if you're not a fan of fish!!Lovely atmosphere.

Very friendly hostess, pleasant waitresses, cosy ambience with local artists' works on the wall. Small but well-derived menu with mouthwatering options. Delicious sea bass with well cooked vegetables. Excellent chicken casserole. Well chosen wine list and our Gewürztraminer was delicious. Lovely start to our holiday.

Bream tapenade was beautifully cooked In their pizza oven 😋 my friend had the chicken and also enjoyed it. Staff here are very welcoming. The only down side to the restaurant is the doorway which didn't close automatically so if customers came in and didn't physically shut the door themselves you were left cold quite quickly.All in all I would recommend the restaurant and would be nice to see them expand with more space

This exceeded our high expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, so much flavour and everything so perfectly cooked. Our waitress was totally delightful too. We didn't get her name but she studies film and is off to uni next year - best service we have had in a long time, friendly lovely and professional. Thank you!

As our holiday was coming to an end we decided to go out for a meal on our last night. I came across the olive tree whilst out shopping and decided to give it a try and OMG was i impressed. The morroccan prawn were amazing, the special (blackened hake) was just to die for, fish was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth ( massive shout out to the chef), dessert was just so yummy. Service was exceptional. And the price was incredible. Will highly recommend and will deffinately return next time we are in dorset. Well done guys for an amazing time. Amazing seafood place. Seafood platter is exquisite, fish is excellently cooked. The sauce is to die for, chuck some lemon in it and it's magic. The bread.......THE. BREAD!!!! 👌🏾 Go eat there. Tomorrow. Lol.

We found this gem of a place in Bridport, the food was excellent, nice ambience and the staff were very friendly especially the young waitress (unfortunately didn't get her name) who looked after us.Shes off to her prom ball tomm, have a great time ..So if your in the area don't hesitate to book 😊
