Papa Johns in West Dorset

Worst pizza ever had. Were the staff having a bad day!! The cardboard box was thicker than the base. No idea where the meat was in the philly steak, think they forgot the bbq sauce on the other one. The potato side was cold. The delivery drive rude to say the least, leaving the order on the floor!!Papa Johns used to be better than Domino's, won't be using them again. Even Asda frozen pizzas are better.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for the order and we did have to phone the store to check where it was as the tracking online said it was delivered to us only 15 minutes after the order was placedEverything was great with the order once we received it :)

Excellent store seems like a whole new store when I first visited this store a year ago it was average a little on the waiting side. I visited the store today and my order was ready within 9 minutes the food tasted absolutely fresh and the staff are extremely friendly and polite

On holiday in Dorset and this branch was quite close to campsite… I called ahead and said that I had a Meerkat deal (2-4-1) and told the guy what we wanted. He then said that would be £13.98 … confused I repeated the order expecting to pay £19.99 (2 large pizzas at £19.99 but one free)…He said yeah I heard you said Meerkat deal, but I thought I’d give you a better one at £6.99 each!At that price I bought three! (We’re a family of 4 so we all ate like piggies on our last day)Nice of the guy to offer, and our first Papa John’s experience was a good one!Really tasty pizza… so here is your good deed returned… by offering a deal we hasn’t seen and saved us money… Have a 5* Google review!Friendly staff and tasty pizza!Thanks

The stuffed crust pizza and garlic cheese sticks are great but their ability to read an order isn't. Ordered a half n half double pepperoni with "the works" - the latter half turned up as just cheese & tomato (how do you forget to put any toppings?) despite the label saying The Works. The drink we ordered was Pepsi Max Cherry but got Raspberry; nice enough but once again not what we asked for.So yes - the food you'll receive will be nice (better than Domino's anyway) but fingers crossed it'll be what you asked for.Oh, and the app isn't overly accurate - said we had received it nearly 10 minutes before it arrived.

Frequently order from this chain in Weymouth. Placed order online. Manager rang to say gas wasn't working so offered us a "Free Pizza and cookie".Great right!!Rang the next day to claim said pizza, it was a busy Sunday so he said be prepared for a delay, 1 -2 hours , no worries , I can wait that long, seeing as its free.Didn't even turn up .Couldn't even be bothered to ring and say anything.Ordered at 18.00 waited till ...........I have spent on average 90- 70 squid a month in this place.Learn to RETAIN your local customers Papa Johns Weymouth.

I really enjoy Papa Johns' pizzas, unfortunately three times now I have had parts of my order missing and none of which have been rectified by the company. Awful customer service, even had an issue where the order didn't turn up despite being charged and the managed wouldn't even speak to me, I could hear him telling his staff member to speak to me and told me I had to contact head office. No apologies or attempt to make the situation better.

Order a pizza last Friday 23rd July. Got a call saying the ovens were not working. So they said they would have to refund me and would take 3 days. A week later still haven't received my refund. Have called many times with no reply. I am local not a tourist should have offered better service.and now 28 quid out of pocket. Most important the 100 plus I spend a month here will go somewhere else.

Ordered using the android app since the website was saying the store was still closed past the listed opening time but otherwise a pain free experience.Ordered at 11:03am and arrived at 11:29am and delivered by a friendly driver, great tasting pizza with lots of sauce, cheese and the toppings i chose very impressed. Much better than dominos and cheaper too.
