Poco Pizza in West Dorset

The location is great and and has an awesome view. Staff are very friendly too but I found the pizza quite dull. I’m a fan of wood fire thin base pizzas but mine didn’t really taste of much despite having all the right ingredients on it.Also had a tiramisu that was £6 and came in a small glass. Had the consistency of milkshake, so that was odd.The place is under new management so they might have changed quality. Other reviews say their pizza was too salty, I wish that I had some of that seasoning on my pizza.

Absolutely delicious pizza, the freshest and most tasty ever! We ordered these as takeaway and they were ready in 15mins. Thank you so much for the yummiest meal!

What a little golden nugget. This place was to find. Location was perfect, staff were brilliant. Now the food, I'm a big pizza fan. But without a shadow of a doubt this has to be one of the best wood fired pizzas I've ever had. If your visiting Lyme then 100% you have to visit

I wish I’d been able to taste the pizzas. Despite being closed until 5.30 most days, I was told when I stopped in to order a takeaway that you must phone in the morning to order your pizza for that night. A shame as on holiday you don’t always know how the day will pan out, and I’d noticed that day that it didn’t open until later so didn’t think to phone. Would be worth nothing this somewhere online or on the signage. Thought best to leave a review to save other diners the disappointment I had after driving 20 minute into down. Looked nice though!

Love this place. The location is stunning, with views over the beach and looking out to golden cap. The atmosphere is really relaxed and its the kind of place you could sit and eat pizza all night. The staff are welcoming and efficient. My daughter says the pizza's are the best she's ever eaten (and she's eaten a lot of pizza). Highly recommended - but book well in advance as it gets busy.

Cracking setting for POCO PIZZA 🍕 in Lyme Regis, cracking Pizzas 🍕 lovely owners working hard. Staff might smile a bit as if enjoying themselves 🙄. Both inside and out lovely setting 👍👏🙏😊🙌👌

Pizzas were really tasty and authentic. Takeaway was ready bang on time and was nice and warm. Sat on benches in park near restaurant in the early evening sunshine to enjoy them.The booking process was a faff and quite frustrating. Call early the Facebook page said....rang at 9am, 11am and 11.30 as keen to try what seems to be limited pizza options in the area. Had a message at 12.30 to say ring, I rang. No answer. Then had a few calls back and forth as they worked through the list of calls. Could have ended up with 3 lots of pizzas. Would highly recommend restaurant organising booking system for takeaways for the summer. Don't really want to spend most of morning trying to book!

Jeez we are absolutely stuffed! Best pizza in many years of searching! Arrive hungry! Great atmosphere and really lovely people. Book well in advance, this is a popular place for all the right reasons.

The wood fired pizza oven fills this small restaurant with an enticing smoky aroma; a clue that something special happens here. We had two of their freshly hand prepared 12" pizzas which were both delicious. Probably the thinnest base I've eaten anywhere in the world so quite to one extreme, but highly enjoyable and generously topped with quality ingredients. Would definitely eat here again. Take away also available.
