Sammii Gs in West Dorset

I have enjoyed a couple of great drinks from here, both well made. The service was quick and very friendly.

Sammii G's very miserable staff ,no atmosphere very mediocre breakfast. 2 black coffees and 2 full English, £28.00 wow not recommended

Ordered salt beef burger, just for something different. The beef was thick, chewy and full of gristle.not good.

Visited this place on a day out with family. Food was ordered and after a long wait it finally arrived. My Grandaughter had a vegan panini with salad, as she started to eat it a spider ran out of her salad which as you can imagine she found upsetting 😡 . This put her off having anything to eat here so i reported it to a member of staff and asking for a refund on this meal. He went away and spoke to the boss and returned saying they couldnt do a refund as it was only the salad and it wouldnt affect the panini.Who would want to eat a meal after they found a spider on their plate? I am sure the owner wouldnt. I told him i wasnt happy with that answer, he spoke to the boss again and returned still saying that they wouldnt do a refund but she could have an icecream instead. WHAT AN INSULT. The boss didnt have the decency to come out and speak to us himself, obviously only interested in taking the money. Needless to say when we left my Grandaughter was hungry as she had not had a meal. Very poor customer service here, we will not be back.

Went in 3rd Jan, and joined the queue, far too many people in there and staff didn't care. There was a woman in the queue and by the time she reached the front, at least 6 of her friends had come in and she was waiting for them all to decide what they wanted so she could order. One actually barged past me and knocked into me. No consideration, no social distancing and no mask wearing by any of them or the staff. We left and so did others. Wouldn't go in again.

Worst food we’ve ever ordered and took forever to be madeWorst meal was apparently a fresh crab sandwich. With a side salad..Was laughable a dry stale bread sandwich with hardly any crab but lots of Mayo. Wasn’t remotely fresh probably tinned! With 2 brown lettuce leaves!Vegan burger again stale roll and disgustingHot dog was not even a hot dog!All served with burnt cold dried up oven chips!!£45 and went in the bin. I’ve never bought a meal which wasn’t edible ever.It was at the end of the day so we couldn’t even take it back! I feel robbed ! Avoid !!!

Highly recommend the breakfast rolls and also crab sandwich. They use delicious fresh bread. I think it gets overshadowed by the Cornish bakery, but it’s really worth visiting. Staff also really friendly 🙌

A great selection of veggie and vegan food on their menu, including savoury and sweet. We particularly enjoyed the vegan pasty with fake feta, butternut squash and spinach. Coffee was decent, cakes were great, staff were cheerful and very polite. Some nice seats outside, or a very short walk to the beach if you’d prefer.

Pastie was only ok. Service was a joke. 20mins to not get served at the counter. Watched several people leave as they were unable to order.Can't understand how they are in business. Wife and 3 kids still waiting.

Cakes have quite a few vegan and gluten free options which is not easy to find. I got a vegan passion fruit cheesecake that was absolutely amazing, and a soya cappuccino that was also very nice. Friendly staff as well and fast service! Recommended 😊
