Starbucks in West Dorset

I came through the drive through for a coffee that I could drink whilst driving, I am not sure why the milk comes separately at the drive through because now I have had to park up and finish making my coffee. Also there was no room for the milk so I have had to pour coffee out in the car park.

Stop at the drive thru and the girl didn't want to give us cardboards to our cups and thy were too hot. She said she only had couple left but she was not tell the truth as I could see them.... She give us one when we have pointed to her...

OK and you do get good coffee from here, my be a bet of a wait at the drive thru, when it is busy. They do have disability parking if you like to go in and have a coffee at the tables, and there is easy access to enter the building.

I wish I could give no stars for my experience.Tried to use a voucher in here which I had on the app and in my email. The customer service was honestly appauling. The guy who I asked gave me the most disgusted look I think I have ever witnessed, it was like I was dirt on his shoe and abruptly told me "no we don't do it."I think your staff need some training on customer service as he was extremely rude. The drinks are also overpriced, nearly £5 for a latte.Will definitely never be going back.

Appalling service, staff more interested in their social media chat/s then dealing with orders. Despite being extremely quiet, tried to give me the wrong order and then proceeded to get my order wrong. Had to wait 5 minutes for order to be taken at drive through and then had to wait even longer for the drink mess ups.

Rather poor experience of the Weymouth branch of starbucks today, minimal staffing of the drive through meaning there was a long queue which seemed to take about 20 minutes to get through. Then the member of staff went to charge me for someone else's order which I thought was very unprofessional. And the drinks were not made as other starbucks make them so the frappachino is just a watery creamy mess. Definitely not worth just over £9 for 2 drinks. I would suggest either going to costa or use starbucks pods at home.

five cheese toastie was amazing, however i ordered a lemon iced tea, cup was labelled with L I T as shown, but it did not taste anything at all like lemon more like peach and a bit soapy, also ordered a vanilla frappuccino and the lid was not put on properly and was very rushed so had spilled out, we were given one serviette after repeatedly asking for some more. will not come here again

Good coffee shop. They offer dairy-free alternatives such as almond coconut and oat milk as well as veggie breakfast items. Friendly staff, and if you're in uniform, they automatically give you 10% off, no question asked. My personal favourite is their oat flat-white—a small but strong coffee.

The exterior and interior is modern and very clean, the staff were very friendly. I’ve been a couple of times and sometimes you get an excellent drink and others you get a drink that isn’t the Starbucks quality you expect. I definitely do like going here though ... I do miss that Starbucks jazz though, that is played across other Starbucks around the world. All round very good.

Absolutely love this place, friendly staff and great location, so easy to park to eat/drink in or drive through if you can't stop. Fantastic quick service and will make any drink exact to how you like it if requested. Personal favourite is the fruit toast, so fruity and thick and irresistable to not order every time once you taste how good it is 🤪.
