I've had many Italian meals but none of them I would have considered exceptional. My meal here on the other hand was indeed exceptional. The flavours I experienced here were phenomenal and bright to the point that even once I was full up I couldn't stop eating. I didn't want to waste a bit. It's hard cooking great food. It's very hard to have a full restaurant on a Saturday night and keeping everyone happy but everyone around our table of 9 seemed to be loving their time here and their food. The staff were amazing, attentive but not intrusive and very helpful. I can't wait to return.

Excellent food, excellent service, can't fault it.

We sat outside and had a really lovely meal. I had scallops,and a pasta dish I don't recall the name of (nduja sausage featured). Both were superb, although busy the staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome. The price was about right for the quality of the food, which was excellent. Will go again.

Absolutely fabulous food and service! Great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. We booked a table for our late valentines dinner and requested a window table if possible. When we turned up we got a window seat tucked away in the corner of the restaurant, nice and cozy. Even though we were in the corner and the place was busy, the staff were very attentive and never left us waiting. The food was out to us quickly and delicious. Delighted with the experience and can't wait to go back!

Hadn't been for a couple of years and it has improved so much! The menu has loads of choice, everything was absolutely delicious and the staff and atmosphere were brilliant. The banoffee tort was unreal 👌

Great little restaurant that provided a delicious selection of dishes, even if like us, you don’t eat pasta/pizza. Staff were delighted happy to recommend dishes. Great wines and drinks menu. Child friendly. This restaurant is situated by the Abbey so nice setting too.
