Came here on a beautiful sunny day for lunch! Had a gorgeous beef brisket sandwich with fries (I asked for fries instead of chips) and it was absolutely delicious my mum and brother had the same and we all loved it! Great place for a lovely dinner or celebration for lunch as it is on the higher end of the price scale (but not at all astronomically) definitely recommend this place, the staff were very lovely, helpful and great to talk to!

We went for a impromptu drink and ended up ordering food too. Wonderful prompt service, attentive staff.Nice beer garden and the food was perfect. My husband had the chicken wings and felt they were some of the nicest he’s had. All round a lovely experience, highly recommended.

The food was really good. And the service was even better.. We had our little boy with us who is aged 5. The lady who served us believe her name was Eleana.. our little boy loves role play and was pretending to take our orders on his tablet.. Eleana asked if he wanted to take our pudding order on her ordering tablet.. he was over the moon she then asked if he wanted to come into the kitchen to bring out our puddings which was a lovely touch as it was our wedding Anniversary.. he loved doing it and everyone was clapping him. Another young girl asked if he wanted to set a table that she was doing.. this all made his day/week on his holidays... he was super proud of himself... this was going above and beyond the service expected.. getting the little ones involved.. fantastic service from those mentioned and all the people working that day... on top of the food being spot on.. thankyou

This has always been a popular pub but these days is much more like a restaurant with a nice outdoor area. You can order using their app but we chose to do it the conventional way. Weather this was what caused a delay I don't know but our food took over half an hour to arrive even though it was not crowded. The food was good without being spectacular but was certainly good value. I would definitely be happy to visit again.

Went for an evening meal with my family on a Saturday, and even though it was fairly busy, we never felt we'd been left unattended, and the quality of food was superb. At the end, we went to tip the waitress for her superb service, but she told us the service charge had been included in the bill because we had a table of eight. She could have said nothing and taken it anyway.Would definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.

Could not recommend the Bakers Arms more, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and efficient service. Had lunch and as always was superb, I bought my dog along and I never knew they offered a dog menu! They have a choice of beef, sausages and chicken breast for them, we went for the chicken breast and my dog absolutely loved it! I thought this was really lovely idea as I don’t know any other pubs that offers this and really is the definition of going the extra mile. I don’t need to say it but we will definitely be back again!

We had a fantastic evening her. 6 of us celebrating my wife’s 60th Birthday.Kathy looked after us so well. The food was glorious, the atmosphere was fantastic and the staff could not do enough. We meet a few other members of the family in the bar after the mealI’d recommend this venue again.Thank you all at The Bakers Arms.

The venue is really lovely, a traditional pub which has been nicely decorated. It is a large restaurant with room for a lot of tables and diners which equates to background noise, It can be difficult to hear everyone at the table due to this but this didn't ruin the experience. Food was well worth the wait, it all tasted fantastic, especially the banoffe pudding which was a show stopper for me, loved it! Would definitely recommend getting the roast on a Sunday. I must mention the service here was fantastic, the staff were very attentive, great positive energy and were all round very nice. Definitely recommend this place for everyone.

Absolutely fantastic meal, Scalops, chorizo, peas with pea shoots followed by Ribeye steak(medium rare of course) with triple cooked chips, onion rings, salad and the best beef dripping sauce I've ever tasted.Probably the best meal I've ever had, and that's saying something. Please if you in the area just try it... You won't regret it
