Think I just got robbed... £7.20 for a ham and cheese toastie and a small apple juice. Ouch!

·

Fireworks night 2021. Lovely experience until going to this Cafe and getting ripped off, spent £4.50 and got a small portion of chips with a sprinkle of cheese (was meant to be large) and then £2.95 for half a portion of small chips (was meant to be small) I wish I took photos to show you inadequate it was. Would not recommend to anyone.

Lovely breakfast on a beautiful sunny September day. We had Salmon Royale and Avocado Feta and eggs on chilli bread. Lush. Popular and very busy. Staff very organised. Friendly service.

·

Wonderful Lebanese and Greek Shakshuka breakfast can highly recommend. Order it with the focaccia bread on the side. A perfect spot for watching the world go by.

·

Delicious Shaksuka! We had the Egyptian one with beans and tahini. It reminded me of life in Cairo eating fava beans for breakfast. A tad spicy and yummy

·

Great location. Pictures show the menu as of mid August. Outside seating available. Felt very safe ordering at the entrance and food relatively speedy. Great option for vegan shakshuka which was delicious and a great portion.

·

A amazing gluten free bacon and egg sandwich! Absolutely gorgeous! My vegan friends had a Shackshuka much better that any I have had in Israel. Gorgeous coffee and surely the best view in Lyme Regis.

Spanish chef is very good. Ordering is hit and miss. Don't ask for a full English as it's not the 'big' breakfast you see on passing, but a smaller one. Ordered two full english and got one large, one small. Lots of other tables got the wrong or missing food. The young, overworked staff waiting tables did their best but manager woman seemed to be the issue. My larger breakfast was then taken away and a smaller one given! Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't use again - despite frequently visiting Lyme as one of our 'local' beaches.

I loved the setting, the view and atmosphere but above all the food. Simple food executed beautifully. You need to get there early because it gets very busy.

I live in Lyme and love this place.Comfortable plastic chairs for watching the world go by, fast, polite service and such good food. I had an excellent fresh as fresh crab sandwich for lunch, which came with a delicious handful of salad, then very good coffee and lemon drizzle cake. Unpretentious but with vegan surprises, Katie and her team work so hard and it really works. Please try it!
