Food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My only negative would be the kids menu, which although equally tasty is a little limited/inflexible.View of the castle from the garden is great!

Very disappointing food. Excellent view.We had a vegetarian Sunday roast. The nut roast was grossly sweet, we left most of it. The broccoli was stone cold, carrots also sickly sweet. We ordered a side of cauliflower cheese which tasted worse than mine, which is saying something. Luckily, the veg (and some of the Yorkshire pudding) didn't go to waste as we fed it to the dog.

Lovely pub in a wonderful setting, there is outside seating overlooking Corfe Castle. Great selection of ales and lagers, and probably anything else you would want. Good food menu and excellent food. Have been there three times in the week we stayed near Corfe Castle and the staff were always brilliant, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Strongly recommend

We ordered two burgers "moves mountains" one of them gluten free, they brought a full one and a sandwich (that was the supposed gluten free burger) I did not touch the food but I complained to change my incomplete and sloppy plate as I would not pay £15'50 for a sandwich that didn't even look like the..My partner's hamburger (hers was normal)Were very rude and when I asked for a different dish (they also had a gluten-free option, they didn't want to put it on me) they claimed that there was no more gluten-free plates, finally I didn't eat anything. the place is nice but the waiters and chefs are very few professionals.I attach photos so you can see the difference from one hamburger to another

Beautiful pub inside. Service was good enough so no beef with the waiters. But, the food could have been better, taste wise. The food also come out way to quick which leads me to believe it was probably microwaved, and at times tasted like it was, regardless not worth the service charge they put on top of the bill, which my Dad did pay for anyway, but I would have refused to pay it! Recommend the pub for a pint, but not for the food.

Stunning views and incredible food! You definitely need to walk around the place as there are so many seating options (inside and out). There were several Vegetarian and vegan options and the mulled cider was the best we tasted our entire trip. We sat outside in the garden and warmed ourselves with mulled cider while we waited for our food. We shared a Hummus starter and I had a bowl with beetroot falafels and salad! Everyone else enjoyed their burgers.

A lovely pub, inside and out with lovely kind staff. Sadly the food isn’t as good as it once was a couple years back, and the prices for what you get are far too high. My food came out super quick and was warm, rather than hot. The sweet potato fries banged and the beer and alcohol on offer was good!

Lovely food and a great view of the castle when eating in the garden. Staff very polite and pleasant. Service was prompt. Dog friendly too.

·

excellent roast chicken, very good beef and chorizo burger. very good selection of drinks. better give the sticky toffee pudding a pass (it's just a sponge cake with syrup dripped over). highly variable service

Absolutely stunning place to visit. Great atmosphere, fantastic food! Go for the burgers! Made and thought up on the premises. I went for the redneck. Best burger I’ve ever had! The staff were amazing. We had Rosie as our waitress for the evening and she was professional attentive and friendly. Amazing views of the castle and just a fabulous evening all round. Thank you so much!
