Excellent location just on the outskirts of West Bay with an easy walk into town. Parking was easy, the hotel although old is lovely and staff were all very helpful. I must shout out to the chefs as the food was fabulous.

This is an amazing place to go for a meal. Staff looked very smart, very polite, knew how to be with the customers. The meal was perfect and plenty of it.Only downside is, they don't have a disabled toilet. I had to have assistance as I'm a wheelchair user. I got stuck. The ladies were there straight away to help. Thank u ladies.

Excellent service and very friendly staff, combined with a strange 80s theme, which was very interesting. Good facilities maintened even if old originally

Haddon House Hotel at West Bay provided a comfortable stay for a short break by the sea. Inside it is furnished like a gentleman's club with big buttoned armchairs and settees. The staff are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I didn't catch their names except for James who couldn't do enough to help us. Thank you James.Compliments must also go to the chef and kitchen staff for providing us with superb breakfasts and also the ladies who served us. Our room, No. 5 was light and airy, had everything we would want and was quite comfortable. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. We are now keen drinkers of the Dorset Tea. There was a jacuzzi bath complete with a TV on the wall in the ensuite bathroom if you wanted a soak while watching TV. We didn't take advantage of that but the shower was pretty good too.The hotel is only minutes from the beach, the small harbour and of course the Antiques Emporium which we found fascinating. It's an ideal base for discovering the delights and beautiful landscape of Dorset. It must rate amongst England's finest. We hope to return again some time in the future.Thank you Haddon House Hotel

Took our elderly mother for lunch, great staff, easy access & parking, had great two course lunch, very good value and very good food.

·

Fantastic food, good service, good size portions , though 2 veg dishes or a larger different type wouldn't go a miss. Decent size tea pots there was more than 1 cup for the three of us. Food and drink were fresh and hot. Nice range of desserts. Everything on the menu was available. Lovely selection of starters, mains and desserts available. Would definitely be going again. Good value for money as well.

We attended a birthday lunch with a large group. The arrangements were faultless and the food / service excellent. Will certainly come again.

I went for a reception after a funeral so only had a few finger sandwiches and a pint. The venue is spacious, has very clean toilets and is nicely decorated. Bar service was above average being cheerful and rapid in a very full bar.I will go back for a full experience one day,
