The portion of chips we had were the best we have ever had. Thick cut , piping hot and crispy.

My wife, daughter (age8), and I just had the great pleasure of dinner at the New Inn. Staying at nearby Crossways caravan and motorhome club we were unable to secure a table at the Frampton Arms and so a Google search ensued. What a result !Excellent food, service, and value.Definitely added to the list of "Must Return"Wife and I both had the pork with black pudding and chorizo - wow !Daughter had chicken nuggets - the only ones that she has ever eaten anywhere and completely finished (not counting McDonald's).Desert was sticky toffee pudding with ginger ice cream - oh my word !Go ahead. Book. You might regret not doing !

Just popped in for a pint whilst out walking. Beer OK. Looked very roomy & comfortable inside but we sat in garden area as it was a nice day. 👍

Lovely pub & garden. Sunday Carvery is first class. Locally sourced products and beautifully cooked.

Had an amazing stay here. Room was lovely with a fabulous view across the garden and countryside.Good sized car park to the rear underneath the archway.Building is fantastic - kept in the traditional style exteriorly but modernised inside for clean, contemporary rooms and a well-lit, airy restaurant.A fabulous breakfast with a special mention to Denise but indeed all the staff were friendly and polite. We also had a delicious Sunday carvery. One thing I will say is that the sample menu online does not do the place justice. Actual menu is far better. If I weren't already staying and was just looking for a place to eat then the menu online would've probably put me off coming! So don't be put off by the eccentric menu online, as they also had a burger, chicken, duck, etc. Also the Wi-Fi was excellent - this was very important due to there being poor/no phone signal. I was able to stream in high quality with no buffering issues.Overall very great and will most likely return in the future if holidaying nearby again.

I had a great experience here with the family, great beer and ale selection friendly team. Fantastic country views. Great for a Sunday carvery. Food was amazing. Dog friendly as well which is a bonus. Children friendly awesome. The only pick up point would have liked some crackerling with my pork. But, not the end of the world.

Friendly welcome, gorgeous food and gluten free options. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Visited quite a few times now and never disappointed.

Family meal to celebrate a birthday. Chose the Christmas menu and certainly weren’t disappointed. Food was excellent, roast potatoes should definitely get a special mention, and really good value for money. Staff were lovely too.

Absolutely incredible! After a shocking night at another hotel, we were desperate to find anything for our second night in the area. We stumbled across this hidden gem! What a stunning place, couldn't have asked for any more. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was brilliant and the room! Comfiest bed I've spent in for a while, stunning decor and the shower had enough power to take the top layer of skin off! Can't recommend the place enough. If you're contemplating staying here, stop contemplating and book now.
