The Posh Partridge in West Dorset

Love this place, it's our favourite place to grab breakfast or stop and have a coffee and cake when in Dorchester. Highly recommend it.

We had the most delicious afternoon tea, everything was freshly made, generous portions and lots of choice. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place, always a real treat for lunch or breakfast when my husband and I can attend. Emily and Murray do a great job, lovely food, friendly service and super efficient. Just wish they open Sundays 😉

We just had a delicious lunch, the Reuben sandwich was yummy and the chips were great. The best thing though, was that they wholeheartedly welcomed us and our dog.What lovely friendly staff.

Just want to say thank you to the Posh Partridge. We stopped there for lunch today with our dog and cannot fault the welcome, service and delicious food. It's a shame we're not local, otherwise we'd become frequent visitors!

The food is well prepared and presented. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Well located for Dorchester town and cafe is simply and tastefully decorated.

The omelettes at the posh partridge are superb. Served with a side salad it made for a fantastic brunch. Coffee here was also top drawer and service was swift and very attentive. Would wholly recommend The Posh Partridge if you're in Dorchester for a bite to eat or something to drink.

We went in not knowing what it was going to be like, now after having a spot of lunch there it's now become our place to go.The coronation chicken sandwich I had was gorgeous and like to think the filing was homemade plus a generous side salad ( nice to see), we loved the matching cup and teapot.Plenty of places as there's upstairs seating as well, a reasonable priced menu plus the cakes looked good. We'll be back.
