Great pub with nice variety of beers. Sit outside if you can for lovely views. We haven't tried food but it looked great on other people's tables! 😂

My sister & I had an impromptu meal here before a gig at the Marine. We were tight for time (& we only had an hour on the table) so ordered lots of sides. The food was speedy & of pretty decent quality. The pasta starter was especially tasty. We shared the chocolate mousse on the waiter’s recommendation to share and it was INCREDIBLE. They had slight staffing issues, but after the couple of years that we’ve had, they did a good job.

Brilliant evening, really good service and excellent food. We were very entertained by the dynamics between two of the young bar staff who clearly enjoy a very good relationship. They were giving excellent service but were also clearly enjoying each others company, we enjoyed our meal and we hope they enjoy their respective trips to Europe and Bali. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Very charming and cozy. The rooms are excellent and very well equipped. The food is locally sourced and beautifully cooked. 100% recommandable! :D

My partner and I just had a brilliant two night stay at The Rock Point Inn. Our room was so cosy and clean, and had a beautiful view over the sea. It’s in the perfect location right at the shore. The staff were all absolutely amazing - everyone we encountered couldn’t do enough for us. Plus, we’re vegan and they did the utmost to cater for us. The vegan fish and chips was delicious! We’ll definitely be back.

Lovely cosy pub right by the sea. Amazing pictures throughout showing all the historic events of the pub and surrounding area. Great selection of drinks and free sift drink after first order for those who like to stay on the right side of the law. Nit just limited to coke and lemonade too but all soft drinks whivh came as a surprise. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Food was at prices I would expect and we were going to try the lunch menu but they had no toppings for the burgers so we went elsewhere. Did come back after some chips as it was such a nice atmosphere. Toilets were very clean but quite a long steep staircase to get to them. Nit an issue for me but an elderly lady was obviously finding it a bit arduous. Fantastic views from each side of the bar. Didn't explore the whole place but I expect its the same throughout. Definitely worth a visit if you like a tipple with a view!

Came with friends for evening meal. Booked and had a reserved table. The staff had masks but seemed as though very few customers did wherever they went.We all had the market fish which was halibut with various veg. plus beers to go with it.The fish was lovely both in quality and quantity and the veg was very good. The service and ambience was very good.Cost was £32 per person for main course and a couple of beers each.I would go back again

Very pleasant visit with friendly staff, a menu that was short but covered all the bases, excellent dishes of the day and quick service. My beef pie was delicious with huge pieces of beautifully tender meat, good sized mushrooms and a really well balanced blue cheese flavoured gravy. I really can't remember when I last had such a good pie in a restaurant, let alone a pub.The cheese board option wasn't cheap but it was enormous!! 3 local cheeses, one of which you could have wrapped and sold as a chunk all by itself.Well done Rock Point.

Just had a lovely meal here with Paula. They managed to fit us in and I am very pleased they did! I had the halibut with green beans and new potatoes and then ice cream. Paula had the Mediterranean chicken and then pineapple infused with chilli and ginger.
