Took our grandson to see the swans & cygnets. He thought the cygnets were cute. He loved watching the geese pecking each other - thought it was hilarious! Good play area, gift shop and cafe. It's a bit of a walk from the entrance down to the swans' nesting area but there is a disabled car park closer.

What a place! £12 entry per adult seems a bit too much, but it is worth the visit! Never seen so many swans at one place, and the cygnets were just hatching, so lovely! The walks are very well arranged and overall just a lovely place to visit. Loved it!

What a great place get the double entry to the tropical gardens too if you can. A maze abd go carts for kids as well as plenty to run around. And they get to feed the Swans. I think around 1/2. Lots of other bird life too. Super day

Very relaxing, informative, nature experience. Be sure to go if you are in the area and love swans. A little more special this time of year as there are loads of cygnets to see

Wonderful to see so many nesting swans, and some with their adorable cygnets. Easy footpath which takes you close to the birds. It's quite a sight.

Even if you don't have much interest in swans, this is quite a spectacle! This is like a health spa for swans and they are clearly totally chilled. We visited during nesting season and sae many sitting on eggs and a few early cygnets. Quite an extraordinary place and very educational. Don't miss the maze!

A pretty unique and interesting place. The kids enjoyed being able to get close to swans and help to feed them. They also enjoyed the maze. Friendly and helpful staff. Certainly enough to do for a couple of hours. A very large number of swans, plus some other types of birds that can be spotted.

Swans as far as the eyes could see.It was an absolute privilege to be so close to the swans and their nests. As well as the swans there is a hide and you can see many other birds too. There's a café, shop and picnic tables so you can easily spend the whole day there.

·

Great place to see swans up close and personal. Lovely location and views. Wander around the swan nesting areas and watch them being fed. Plenty of other wild fowl to view as well.

Abbotsbury Swannery is a delightful location for a visit. Located a few miles east of Weymouth the Swannery is in a beautiful spot. With the largest colony of mute swans in the UK to the Swannery offers a great viewing experience. There are many other bird species besides swans so a very natural looking colony. Feeding time is fun to watch and take part in. The site has some nice attractions for young visitors, a cafe, toilets and shop. Well worth a visit.
