Love VIVO lounge!Highly recommend!We go for all sorts of occasions, birthdays, casual outings or work get togethers.Decor is quirky! Food is always delicious and they cater for lots of dietary needs without having to specifically ask for this, they have a vegan and gluten free menu easy to hand with a good selection, which means eating here suits everyone.

Not enough waitress, 3 on the bar, 2 making drinks, 1 on till, the 1 waitress running around she was friendly and trying her best to keep up with the orders with No help from the bar staff, the bar staff were rude to our big party, no one was seen after meals arrived. nobody cleared the tables we stacked them together to try and make space, won't be coming again!!!

Been here a couple of times over the last few months when down with work, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere great and the staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing night out for food or drinks.

Lovely place to bring your ferret for lunch, my ferrets tell me the poached eggs are lovely (when they have their bit of egg yolk from my lunch).Do give it a try even if you don’t have a ferret, as it’s also a nice place to bring your mum. Probably best if she has her own egg though.

Lovely staff and service, the food tasted great. However it has caused me to become unwell.I had a black coffee and a normal sized vegetarian breakfast; about an hour after I ate it, I've had awful stomach pain and I've been sick. I haven't eaten anything else today and felt fine before this incident.I hope this is a one off...

Didn't expect to much but my good lady assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. Well, she wasn't wrong. The food was excellent and the staff and restaurant were also great. A big thumbs-up.

Wonderful friendly staff here who are always so polite and helpful. The food and drink is very good and the manager is very friendly who I know. Very clean and tidy I love the breakfast in here 😋.

Love all the 'O' lounges. They always have a great atmosphere and I love the quirky lighting and laid back vibe. Most importantly, the food is always good and the service friendly. Great place to relax and enjoy a coffee, glass of something cold or a meal with friends.

This is the second time I visited, giving the benefit of the doubt after my previous experience where the wait for food was ridiculously long.This time, there were no clean tables and staff seemed to wander around aimlessly cleaning parts of tables, so none were properly ready for a meal. We waited a long time, and tried to get staff attention without much luck. Still the tables weren't cleaned so we left. There's little point ordering food when there is nowhere clean to sit.Safe to say I don't think I'll be trying a third time.
