Cold food taste less rubbish rip of of Nando’s a star for good service star for nice staff but now need to find something edible and pay more money

Been here lots over the years and the food has always been amazing better than Nando’s !!!BUT after returning I can honestly say it was the worst food I have I eaten at butlins !! I mean if grilled chicken is dry cold chicken breast smothered in cold bbq baste then they need to take grilled out the description !!!The service , the waitress and manager very polite but as for the kitchen staff and the chef , horrendous !!! I have never such rudeness in a restaurant, a chef telling the manager not to let anymore people in half hour before service ends and then when he did , shaking her head staring at the customers in disgust as well as telling the manager off !! As for the cous chef lent over the counter facing customers picking his face and touching food with his hands , DISGUSTING!! The manager was very helpful and certainly wasn’t happy and told the staff it was unacceptable and he couldn’t of done more ! Such a shame because it used to be such a lovely place to eat now it’s been ruined by rude , arrogant staff who cannot cook .

Went last night, we both enjoyed our chicken burgers tasted alot like somewhere that rhymes with andos! Our 18 month old enjoyed his dinner too he had pasta and chocolate ice cream after.

Absolutely beautiful food, were very safe with my wheat allergy and staff were great and very clean front of house and kitchen

Disappointed to find alot of great things missing from the menu. Same price charged as previously on platter yet 2 items less. Also you don't get a full chicken only 2 breasts. Bring back the ribs and sharing breads.

Truly brilliant all round! We missed our booking by an hour but they managed to fit us in, the staff were fantastic throughout, food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more and I usually find something to moan about!!! - Enjoy

No,no ,no,no.... chicken burger made from poached on morning chicken breast and then just slightly grilled on order.... no brioche bap or even floured bap... ciabatta roll instead..... burger reheated to temperature just above room temperature!!!! No busy at all, maybe 4 table with customers. 4 chefs behind hot pass lights.... NO EXCUSES FOR THAT!!!!!

Food is OK. Comparible prices with similar types of restaurant. We all finished it all. Service a little slow at the start but once ordered the food came nice and quick. A few checks during the meal that all was ok but took a while once we finished to get the deserts and then the bill. Came at midday and it wasn't busy. Nice environment to eat.

Absolutely lovely food, good music and friendly atmosphere. Our waitress Megan was so kind, chatty and friendly, giving us recommendations for the menu and making conversation with us. She was accomodating and no request was too much to ask for. And she also left us a little message on the bill, which was a really nice personal touch! The food was absolutely delicious, freshly cooked to order and hot when it arrived. We were just sad that we visited on our last night as we would have definitely returned during our stay!Again a massive thank you to Megan who was definitely the best waitress we've had during our whole Butlins stay.
