Gascony Hotel in West Somerset

Went in for an evening meal and wasent disappointed, were made very welcome. Looks a lovley cosy homely place and will go back to stay next year

We are not residents on this occasions we just came for something to eat and the service and the food are excellent well presented good quality and good portions and was very clean

A nice hotel, with good value rooms and free parking. Location is only a couple of minutes from the seafront. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel across the road seemed to have better bar/restaurant facilities.

The food was lovely. The lady running and serving the hotel and bar was lovely. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely return again.

Excellent, good rooms very conveniently placed, for the beaches and West Somerset Steam railway, Free parking, not far from the Wetherspoons pub, a good choice at breakfast, and served by a Gorgeous waitress

Traditional seaside hotel, my room a bit cramped to have double bed. Typical small hotel bar with limted stock of mass market brands, but with good stock of bottled beers. Food liked by many of our party. Also popular bar menu. Friendly obliging staff.

Lovely place nice and clean and the food was good.Staff very friendly.The only thing is you have to use stairs to get to your room and this was very difficult for my husband but recommend this hotel

Rooms are ok, decor dated but as place is for sale understandable that they don't want to spend money on it. Bar staff friendly and evening meals aren't bad actually, certainly better than most places in minehead. Rated 3* in some places, 2* in others which is probably more a fair reflection.

Very kind staff. Nice family room. Great breakfast. Difficult to take a decent shower unless you like being boiled and iced all in one shower.

I just came back from a weekend in Butlins called in by the off chance for cooked dinner yesterday. Absolutely stunning food and service Lauren who served us was brilliant. It was last minute and there was 13 of us
