The food was pretty substandard here. I don't know what the cakes are like but I ordered vegetable soup, which was basically sived tomatoes. My husbands ploughman's baget was made with supermarket ham and thin cheese slices, nothing much like a ploughman's.

Superb tea shop and garden. Perfect for the Coastal Path or day tripper. Lovely freshly made scones for a cream tea and beautiful garden. Absolutely superb

Came here towards the end of the day last Sunday. Beautiful garden, could have sat in there all day in the sun! Was a very relaxing atmosphere. Really friendly and attentive staff, and fast service. Had two scones with a cup of tea which were perfect! Lucky to have this so close to home. National trust car park close by with plenty of walks in the woodlands and to the sea.

Fabulous tea garden. Lovely staff. We had afternoon tea, it was delicious. The garden is beautiful, full of birds.

Vegan cream teas you say...oh yes please. They also had gluten free options too so good choice for all. The garden is lovely and positioned behind a beautiful thatched roof cottage. I could have happily sent hours here drinking tea and eating tasty scones but as its surrounded by excellent walking routes we had to move on. The staff are very polite and efficient and I would recommend this tearoom to anyone and I intend to return soon.

We visited Bossington for the cliff top walk and on our return we fancied a coffee, to our surprise this little gem was right round the corner. They have something for everyone, from ice cream, coffees and cakes to a selection of meals to choose from. The garden is beyond beautiful and is perfect place to sit and enjoy that well earned coffee after a hike. Definitely worth popping in and seeing for yourselves, staff are super friendly also 10/10 😁

Nice cream tea. Others had cake and drinks.Good service, and we didn't feel rushed although we stayed a bit over the closing time.Located in a lovely garden, filled with birdsong.Been before and will ko doubt go again.A quick walk by a river/stream was an added bonus.Free parking nearby if, like us, you're a member if the National Trust. Otherwise the carparking is not cheap.
