McDonalds in West Somerset

Waited over 15 minutes for a coffee and then I had to ask a member of staff. When it finally arrived it was warm rather than hot so had to ask for a replacement. Bad timing on my part. Sunday morning when staff obviously concentrating on delivery orders and pretty much any one else gets short shrift.

Far to often they've messed up our orders and my partners driven home just to have to drive back and end up with cold chips that they won't replace either but the worst thing is that I have a medical condition that causes severe allergic reactions to an awful lot of things and they so often mess up the order putting things I'm allergic to in my burger etc even when we've specified that I'm allergic to it, if I didn't check and carried on and eaten it I could end paralysed and hospitalized and when having to drive all the way back and confronting them about this the customer service was awful! Fed up! usually my family like to enjoy a takeaway as a treat but everytime the whole experience is ruined and I'm left feeling guilty as my partner has to drive all the way back.

Pretty quick and spot on with order better than all the maccies I've been ro in Swansea and round wales

This out let is always spotless. The car park is cleaner and tidier than the inside of the disgusting McDonald's outlet at Taunton. Minehead is friendly clean.

Food was ok but ask they for what sauce we want and don't even put it in by them time we realise the food is cold to cold to go back and get it!!

When we visited there were youngsters sat on the tables outside with vapes and a bottle of Southern comfort but the staff didn't seem interested even though they were clearly underage

Awful, people not wearing correct ppe when handling food. Food being thrown around and all three orders were incorrect. Complete waste of time. The manager needs to either say something to his staff and they need to be restrained.

Happiest most cheerful Food hatch guy ever!! Thomas made my day and made me laugh as he super cheerily passed me out our order. He made my laugh and smile and it was so nice to see. He made our great day even better!! The food was great too! Well done guys at Minehead Macdonald's good work! Me and my girls and their friends enjoyed our treat meal with a happy smile! Thank you 😁

Food was good but I get that they was busy at the time of my order but as an ex McDonald's worker we are expected to follow a gold standard procedure however my burger looked like the leaning tower of piza I had to eat my burger 360 style going all the way around just to make sure nothing fell out

The sausage and egg mcmuffin is the juiciest you will ever experience. Visiting this store at different times in the morning on various weekdays over 3 years I've never had a bad or even average breakfast, that includes hot strong flat whites and crisp hash browns.
