Stone's Bar & Restaurant in West Somerset

Location wise it's perfect. Near the beach, and the steam train station, arcade, mini golf and other such fun.Bedrooms were nice, basic but clean.Breakfast is the best full English I've had for ages, and lots of other cereals, yoghurt and juices. Lunch/dinner menu looked okay, usual pub grub. There is a nice (not cheap) pizza place across the road, a kebab place and a good Indian.Staff were friendly, service was good.It is a busy edge of town pub though so not quiet downstairs when Rugby etc is on. If you have kids bear that in mind.

Very pleasant lunch. Good food, beer and excellent service.

Really nice family friendly pub, food very well priced good, sized potions, stayed over night rooms good size, very clean with everything you need. Bed linen good quality and comfy bed. Only problem being someone else staying woke us up banging on their door at 2am shouting, then someone else at around 4am shouting so no sleep which is kind of the point in your stay, shame as we would have re booked the following month 🙄

Had a nice stay in a clean and pleasant room, staff friendly and helpful and great food.

Always welcoming staff good hotel could hear people moaning in the night though. Thin sheets so gets cold fast. Food is good takes a long timr though.

Nice ambiance tho' being served took a while, tho' there was nobody else in the Q......We'd visit again.If you want a good beer in a nice place, go to Stones.Otherwise there are also other places, but not as nice as this place.Prices are high for beers/lagers but then it's not the only factor, is it?Don't know anything about the food as yet, tho' there is also a restaurant.

I've actually walked right past this place many times as the outside really doesn't stand out at all.Went there last night with 3 friends and it was really good! Great food, cooked as we requested (various preferences around the table including burgers with no buns, sauces on the side, etc)Very comfortable and clean, will be going back often!
