The Bicknoller Inn in West Somerset

Sat in the beer garden, thankfully warm enough. Great welcome at the bar. The food was great, a good friendly pub.

Nice country pub with a good range of food.I popped in on the way back from a day out at the waterfall nearby and was pleasantly surprised. Despite not having a reservation (and coming in at a busy time in the early evening) they managed to fit us in.The general vibe of this place is relaxed and the bar is just far enough from the restaurant area that the volume is kept to a minimum. There was a good, roaring fire which was well received as it was freezing outside!Bonus points for the two cute dogs behind the bar 🐶🐶

Lovely food in a great setting. Pretty thatched pub. Opens at 12 for lunch. Wide variety of dishes for lunch. Beautiful desserts. Great place to meet friends or have a quiet drink.

Poor menu choice, lack of vegetarian/vegan options and I could have sworn the vegetables on my plate were frozen before they were cooked. Also didn't really appreciate dogs sitting next to the table begging for food. Additionally, the young chef shouldn't have been wearing a ring or a wristwatch.

Fantastic village pub with excellent staff, very friendly and wonderful food.

Have visited friends in Williton and we often go to this Inn. Excellent food, attentive friendly staff, and great ambience. It's a good idea to book a table.

What a treat! We have eaten many times over the years and have always enjoyed the food, staff and atmosphere. You can tell it’s family run and the owners take real pride in what they do.

We were extremely looking forward to going to this pub on our stay (as it's a palmers and serves my favourite beer Copper) we'd checked online to make sure it was open, sorted out bus times so we could have more than a couple of drinks. On our arrival on the 29th December it was shut...no signs outside saying why, still nothing online to say it was shut. In covid times I know things aren't normal but still these are modern times and it's not difficult to do things online. As you can see not impressed with this place at all 😠

Very good food. Very. Tuesday night is Fish night. Wow. Light crunchy delicious fish batter. Delish. Great sweets. Crumbles. Wow. Warm welcome too. Bet it's great in the summer when they can open out, the views! My wife and are returning to Kilve in June. Will definitely return here. Might be family owned, if it is, it shows. We came here for a meal while on holiday, the staff were friendly and inviting as soon as we walked through the door. Both my wife and I ordered fillet steak which was the best we have had for a long time (which is saying something considering we recently ate at a Miller and carter). Our 3 year old was with us and the staff were good with her and the chef gave her a big smile which was a nice touch. We would happily eat here again when we visit the area again.
