Nice place, for a small cafe they have a good range of food and drinks. Very quiet when we called in. Staff were lovely

One of the places, if not the only one, to open early on a Sunday. Unusual to ask to pay before eating in a sit-in café.

Fabulous full English breakfast at a very reasonable price. Charming surroundings and service was speedy and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Well what can we say, best place for full English breakfast for starters, I personally can't help myself and have the XL. If you have a sweet tooth definatly try the home made cakes (mallteaser a must) they work very hard and provide a unbelievable quick quality service.

Nice place to have some cream tea or a light meal. We stopped by for lunch and were pleased with the friendly service and good food. Prices are decent and there is plenty of space inside or out (weather permitting). I would recommend getting one of the pies of the day if you ever visit.

Excellent cafe, really good food. There was a good choice on the menu and it was very reasonably priced. Best cup of coffee I've had all week! Friendly efficient staff, I'd be happy to come back here

Extra large vegetarian breakfast missing on key veggie elements, such as, veggie sausages, cheese, it was a big plate of extra large nothing. Moreover, they are forcing white bread on you, unless you specify otherwise. They should ask what bread you prefer beforehand.

If you like cream teas you have to visit this little cafe. Two scones with oodles of jam and cream, with enough tea for 3 cups. Will definitely visit again.

Ordered a ploughmans with Stilton. What arrived was a large block of Stilton with half a small part baked baguette and some cheap salad. The service was terrible. We were then charged £1 for extra bread to have with the block of cheese. The omelettes were over cooked and dry - more like a pancake. The paninis were OK. It's a cheap place with bad food and over priced. £6.95 for a ploughmans with awful salad, one lump of cheese and chutney and a mini half part baked bread doesn't meet the standard expected.
