Brewers Fayre Lodmoor in Weymouth and Portland

Seated opposite the air con very cold waited 45 mins still no food had to ask for the food 50mins out comes the food very bad not even that busy not recommended at all worst experience.of a chain pub restaurant all I could say is food edible nothing special if anything a little burn around the edges very poor service

I don't like saying this because in the past we have had some lovely meals here. Today however was a family get together 4 adults 4 children, it was very quiet considering, now we realise why. Sadly the carvery was not manned correctly resulting in cold plates. Most of dishes were empty and had to wait a good 5 minutes for completing, it wasn't very hot either. Other meals we had to wait too long for as well. Most of the staff were doing there best, but there wasn't enough experienced staff I think.

Staying at Premier Inn next door and attended the Restaurant on 15th March. Despite there only being two staff on duty in the bar and Restaurant area they coped exceptionally well. We were served by a lovely girl called Angela who was friendly, efficient and very capable juggling everything with a smile. Food was excellent with no delays. Outstanding!

Nice environment and the staff were lovely. Went there for a sunday lunch and the food was fine, but definitely could’ve been better. The price was great and the food came warm and promptly. The only problem with the food is that it was slightly bland, but other than that it was great.Would recommend for a casual lunch.

When I booked for a group of us to have breakfast here, we all live locally, I was given the later options of 10:15am and 10:30am. I chose the later option as there are a few children in the group. When we got there we were extremely disappointed to see that a lot of items had run out and no more hot food was being brought out (apart from some baked beans). Whilst the majority of staff were lovely and the food that we were able to eat was nice, it was disappointing that when you pay the same price and book a time that's offered to you, that you don't get the same choice as people who are earlier than you are. If you can't provide the full compliment of food at those times, then don't offer those time as an option!

A big group of us came to eat here, and we were blown away by the professionalism and dedication of the service staff. The food was good too, but the service was excellent, and they also have fantastic facilities for children to go and play. I'll definitely be returning.

Staff were polite and friendly and quick to serve.Had a Sunday carvery priced at £9.99, very small plate, gravy was like water, very limited vegetables- carrots, peas and sweed. I couldn't get my knife through the beef. Would return for a drink but not food.

Stayed at the Premier Inn next door. Didn't eat here but had drinks on a couple of occasions. Staff always welcoming, friendly, and never waited long at the bar.

Went today 23/01/2022 for lunch. Was seated on a table opposite an air conditioning unit blowing out cold air. Very uncomfortable. Had to move to another table. At the carvery, lack of attention to detail was apparent. No tongs to pick up potatoes, no spoon to pick up peas, no cauliflower cheese at all. The carvery was tasty though. We ordered desserts, which came to out table, before it had been cleared of our main meal plates... Again, lack of attention to detail. But, the meal was enjoyed by all.

Very nice service, you order on till and pay. Food delivered to table.Food : was delicious! I mean it ! if you around this area this is must go place !We didn't had to wait long for food.I had burger , meat was juicy and nice.My partner order mix girll , steak was done perfectly , chicken was soft.This will be my favourite place to go for me and do recommend for everyone!
