There has to be better options near by. Food was hot, portion sizes were good but quality was very disappointing.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone loved the food and the staff are really helpful

do not eat here. if you will insist, dont order roasted pork. it's the worst.

You may overlook this restaurant but don't! It really is a great choice for anybody living, working or visiting Weymouth. I personally love the old-school look as it feels very homely inside. You know what they say, if it's not broken then don't fix it! The pulled pork pork burger is truly top notch, alongside great chips and onion rings. You also can't go wrong with a properly cooked breakfast, rather than other restaurants that microwave everything! Thank you for a lovely experience. Oh I forgot to mention - absolutely fantastic value and the views from some of the tables are excellent!

Very slow at cooking your meal. Expensive.Looks like the fish had been sliced about 3 times. It was so thin.Staff not very friendly either. All my family said the same. We certainly won't be going there again.

Really angry and disappointed, I've been coming here for 20 years and have never been so let down.I ordered 2 big breakfasts, only one came as they must not of heard, I asked if I could run back down n pay for another one quickly and we could solve this as my kids were eating by this time. I was told to rejoin the back of a que of 5 or more people with an already mounting 25 Min wait. Really angry they did not do me a quick order and resolve their mistake. Poor customer service and after over 20 years I won't be returning again.

I think a lot of this might be down to my perception vs reality. Had the place been called 'Weymouth canteen' I'd be more understanding. I should also note that the prices, for the waterfront, are unbeatable. We had a pretty good look around too and unless you want to go to wetherspoons (which.. well what's the point of a holiday if you're gonna end up in spoons) there is nowhere cheaper. That being said, you will get what you pay for. I had the fish, chips, and peas which were alright but I did feel a bit guilty knowing that I could be eating high quality catch within walking distance. My wife had the mushroom soup which we are both convinced came straight from the can and was unfinishable. So I'm conflicted. We saved money here which helped us out budget-wise for dinner. But I can't say we had a great time either. I'll let you make of that what you will.

Customer service all good , you come in you order on a till pay for it then you sit down and your food is brought to you.Lady on a till was nice and helpfull , toilets are kept clean and tidy.Food was hot so made freshly - cooked to order. I got spicy chicken , meat was soft and nice. Low prices for food. Nice place to go for cheap options and not big expectations.

Reasonably priced, good service - staff friendly & polite. Food was nice and hot. Good portion size. Large Pepsi is more like a medium so for that reason I knocked off a star. Toilets clean. Plenty of seating area. Food was delicious.

When arriving at this restaurant the place looked great from outside and inside too. When being served by a member of stuff, there was a lack off smiling and a lack off stuff to.Overall the food was fantastic and the young lady that brought it over was very nice.Well done guys/girls
