Arrived at this cafe to get some Chips for the beach. The service we received was absolutely dreadful. We have never experienced such bad customer service from an establishment. There were 2 female staff members and 1 male staff member and all of them were rude. We weren't sure who was the owner but we assumed it was one of them if not all 3 as they looked a similar age to each other. My friend asked for some ketchup and one of the female staff members chucked it at her. The staff members were gossiping about people, completely unprofessional. They don't deserve any customers at their establishment. We saw a couple about to walk up and order and me and my friend told them to stay away which they did. This obviously didn't go down well with the staff members as we heard more gossiping and nasty remarks. Please avoid this place at all costs. Please do the people of Weymouth a favour and close your restaurant down and retire.

Sorry but this café was so disappointing. Staff were rude and abrupt. Really unhelpful. Asked for a crab sandwich as proudly advertised on their blackboard enticing us to stop and was rudely told "No, you can't have that. There is no crab". We ordered some sandwiches after having to do a detective style interview to work out what they were willing to make which after an age came out in cheap, low quality bread.Whilst waiting for the sandwiches we had the joy of listening to one of the staff coughing his guts up inside the "kitchen".This could be a lovely cafe if staff were willing to make an effort and be happy to welcome people in. Have a proper quality menu etc. The setting is fantastic. Unfortunately it is run by people where the bear minimum seems to be acceptable.

Lovely staff, great location where you can sit with a drink in the sunshine (when it comes out!) and watch the world go by...perfect if you've got a book or listening to music x

We love this cafe in Greenhill Gardens. For us a must visit in Weymouth. The best views, lovely food, the scones are amazing.

This cafe is surviving on its location alone. You get the same fantastic views from Jurassic Rocks Cafe! The food is cheap frozen supermarket food. You will be served exactly what you order, plonked on a plate with no side salad or garnish. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for our vegetable burgers (predominantly made of smash style potato) to arrive. If you want something on the side you can choose chips or chips! The staff are unfriendly. This cafe has absolutely no regard for the environment; they still have plastic straws, plastic sachets of sauce (20p each!) and no recycling bins. Please 'like' my review if you found it helpful, thank you.
