Hings Kitchen in Weymouth and Portland

Ordered Thai green curry tonight and Singapore noodles. Never have I had a worse meal in my entirety. If you like searching for any kind of meat in any of the above dishes then you are a better person than me. Thai sauce was non existent an of you like big shavings of carrot and BROCKLEY in your meal then this is the place. STAY AWAY.

I first used this takeaway in the late 1990s and, at that time, I commented that it was the best Chinese takeaway I’d ever used….crispy chicken balls, great quality meat in their curries. Sadly this has changed; soft batter on chicken balls, and the beef used in the curry was a disgrace! Almost entirely of a chewy consistency and virtually all gristle. Not a pleasant experience.

Can't fault this little takeaway, great food and only 5 minutes from home.

Poor service 1/2 hour late food v salty. Duck cremated not crisp. And overcharged.

Order tonight was told it would be 30 mins. Took an hour before our order was ready. We ordered a young chow fried rice. This a was terrible, the rice was boiled for starters and very little else in it at all. 1/2 aromatic duck, the duck was cold and the hoisin sauce was oily and sickly. Egg fried rice, very minimal egg was just like plain rice. I am nice left with a horrible greasy taste in my mouth and have rembered why we have left it over a year since going there last time. Stay well clear if you like nice food.

You used to get really good customer service here as well as nice food, now the food is late, the order is incorrect and they really couldn't care less about it. For the record I don't ever need an additional 2 pots of curry sauce instead of the chips I always order when ordering 2 curries. I also don't appreciate being told I was in the wrong.

One of the best Chinese takeaways I've had! They do not mess about with portion sizes and the food was delicious! Food was ready to collect when I arrived after placing an order over the phone and the staff were super friendly! Would 100% recommend if you are in the area and fancy a takeaway

Waited 35 mins after being told 15-20 , no apology just we are very busy. Got home to Portland and the order was wrong so phone them and they said bring it back I said we live on Portland ,ok he said we will deliver it ! How long would that that take ? ,,!! Told them I would not be using them again ,which is a shame as we have use them since ,1987

We are from South Wales and were on the local campsite when we decided to have a take away from Hings Kitchen and we must say the food was delicious,far far better than we get in our home town.Also the staff were very polite. If ever we're in Weymouth again we know where to go go a tasty Chinese.
