Jade Garden in Weymouth and Portland

Love this Chinese and use it regularly. One of the best takeaways in town.

Called here last night for a meal in the restaurant. There are about five tables and I asked for a table for two. I was told that they only do take away now. There is also a sign in the window which says 'Chinese restaurant.' If you no longer do sit down meals, you need to update the information that you provide to your prospective customers. Very disappointing.

Over my years on this planet I've had more Chinese meals than is possible to remember 😂 so going to another is no surprise. Jade Garden was round the corner from us and we decided to sit in the restaurant and have a good nosh up ☺ we were welcomed by a very happy and lovely lady who was quite possibly the most polite person we met during our stay in Weymouth ☺ Our food arrived piping hot in pretty much 5 minutes from ordering and all of it was absolutely delicious. I have to take the time to give a special mention to the coconut rice! that was just fantastic and I couldn't get enough! Good value, great service, and very tasty food. If you like a good Chinese then you'll not be disappointed going here 👍 highly recommended. Thank you!

Had a take away from jade Garden whilst on holiday, staff were very friendly, food was cooked quickly while we waited, our order was correct and the food was very hot. Flavours were perfect, chicken balls were cooked to perfection, no grease present, stir fry mushrooms were amazing, and the Singapore fried rice was nice and spicy. Only little downside was cash only. But Very happy with our meal, the food was great and would definitely use again. Thank you 😊

Absolutely great service, we had a large family group (of 3 families =13 hungry people.) all ordered at the same time for the same house, each family wanted to pay separately. We put a note in the online order to explain, that would be nice if we could all receive our orders at the same time. Which they did. Very fresh food, and delicious.Would gladly recommend them 👍

My wife and I visited this restaurant twice. We tried different dishes such as Fried Squid with chilli and salt, deep fried crab claws, smoked spice chicken, chicken chow mein and Singapore style vermicelli. We liked the food however it was a little on the bland side. The food was not greasy and was well presented.The price point is good and not expensive for the quantity.The staff was very friendly. However they need to add 1-2 more servers to deal with the customers eating in as we saw that they get large amount of take away orders.

On my visit with my partner, had ordered deep fried crab claws, deep fried with chilli and salt squid and chicken chow mein. Everything was good but lacked a little spice and salt in it. Friendly and efficient staff. Worth a try.
