Mcdonald's Restaurant in Weymouth and Portland

Would give less than a star if I could, says 24 hrs on the internet and got refused service in the evening because we weren’t in the car. Overweight manager is extremely rude.

Your usual, expected McDonald’s experience. The self-service kiosk I used to order wasn’t able to print receipts but it ended up being no problem as I luckily remembered my order number. I reported it and hopefully it’ll be fixed.It’s thumbs down for Maccy fries, thumbs up for the apple pies.

Service seemed good until my daughter found a hard piece of rubber in her mouth whilst eating fries,. I informed the Assistant Manager who apologised. He didn't seem bothered about trying to identify what it was or how it ended up in the food. No offer of a refund. Will not visit again.

Slow service got my grandson's order wrong hot chocolate was luke warm and was like dishwater. Won't be going there again. Very disappointed

Being able to charge my phone was the highlight. I love food so this place was a good as I'd expect. Love mc Donald's breakfast

MacDonalds is MacDonalds. The blueprint is there and they are all almost identical. I was happy with the service and politeness of the staff but by no fault of their own some gangs of young customers were loud and annoying. I was impressed by the boldness of one of the female staff doing her best to get rid of them though.

We went there after checking the closing times several times today. They had closed 45 minutes early. Still displaying the incorrect times on the door- apparently they were open?!?!? Staff refused to make eye contact whilst inside and just ushered us away with their hands. Several different groups gathered outside expecting the store to be open as indicated online and on the front door.

Never going there again !! Changed my order at the payment hatch as they didn't hear what i said. The lad there was fine !! But the girl at the serving hatch had right attitude problem back chatting me Discusting behaviour by a member ofor staff.

Worst McDonald I have gone too, food and rubbish all over the floor. No one at front door managing the amount of people coming in because of covid, and people walking around with no masks on. Got out food gave us no holder to put our drinks and ice cream in and no napkins. Wouldn't go again

There is a guy who works here for many years and you cannot fault him. Always friendly and helpful. Even before covid he would clear your table and suggest where to sit. Nice to have such service. On the down side, my last 2 coffees have been a bit cold, I got takeaway so didn't go back. I think the coffee machine may need looking at. But will keep going back as normally good.
