Went for a meal and food was beautiful. The best sweet and sour sauce I have had in my life and the spring rolls are lovely! My only negative is that the toilet needs to be updatws and refurbed as very tired looking.

The place and best service in all of Weymouth. The staff are always polite, friendly and very welcoming. They always go out of their way for you and can't do enough for you. We came here for my birthday party on short notice, and they were more than happy to oblige our party; the food is always served quick and is always lovely. I never had better service in any other restaurant. Always great to come back to

Just got back from having my 60th birthday meal there and it was great. Food was lovely and staff were very good.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. We ordered the food and was very surprised at the speed it came out! Too quick for my liking, as if it had been microwaved! The curry was harsh and very powdery, egg fried rice was void of rice. Would not recommend!

Awfull…The worst Chinese meal I’ve ever had…We went here because of the positive reviews but were disappointed.I appreciate prompt service, but I object to my meal being served up within 5 minutes of placing my order.. Clearly microwaved and not fresh…my curry was dry and powdery…Please, don’t waste your money. I’m sure other restaurants deserve your consideration before this one.

Opted for Chinese for our evening meal this place was amazing. Quite busy which is always a good sign. Vegetable spring rolls, steamed scallops and prawns for starters. Vegetable curry, Ming wahs special and boiled rice for mains and a bowl of curry sauce. The Ming wahs special was a sizzling dish on a cast iron dish which was a bonus. There was so much food we couldn’t finish it all which was a shame as it was so tasty.

Over charged me by £43 on my card! Scammers then blocked my number. Food was mostly full of onion and over loaded with MSG. It was ALL disgusting and due to the lack of a recipe I have contacted trading standards and due to the fraud I have informed the police. The owner said give it to the dog if I don’t like it. Rude, horrible nasty greasy food fit for the bin. Avoid if you want good Chinese food go elsewhere because this place is a rip off.

Over all the taste was lovely... just VERY mean portions. (Take away)Was spoken to as though I was an inconvenience and hung up on upon placing the order.Crispy seaweed tiny portion for the price, pork and green pepper dish had hardly any pork, swet and sour lacking sauce, BBQ ribs had hardly any meat on any of them, chicken satay dish needed so much oil removing before consuming. 2x LARGE rice and came in 2 very shallow tubs, not even packed in.The only other thing ordered was beef chow mein which was the only thing we weren't disappointed with. First and last time using. Took pics but don't have the option to upload 😕

I've not been to the Ming Wah for around 10+ years. Not sure why because both the food and service was fantastic! Each dish was delicious and we'll be sure to bring friends with us next time.

Dinner was really tasty. The dishes were excellent. Restaurant itself could use an update, but think overall it’s a solid 4.5 star for Chinese cuisine.
