We thoroughly enjoyed the ploughman's, very filling and reasonably priced. Free parking outside for 1 hour too which was a bonus. We returned later to try a couple of the 38 ciders which were lovely. Great location too. We would recommend

·

A great selection of ciders. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun and people watching.I went inside only to use the toilets and pay. It seemed like a nice place, although because it's an old building, it wouldn't be very accessible.

Always very happy to find a place that does an all-day breakfast, and it was a good one (despite the wait) made even better by being able to sit outside in the sun looking at the GORGEOUS harbour and all its activity. Nice helpful, friendly young man serving. Will definitely come again, but if you could bring the wait time down for the food by 5-10 mins (you weren't busy then) that would be an extra star from me. :)

Lovely food, great cocktails and very friendly. Best place we visited all week. Nothing was too much trouble, we were gutted they were closed on our last night but they deserved to have a night off as they work really hard making everyone feel welcome.

·

Excellent service and choice of food, but main reason for visit was the choice of over 40 ciders.some draft and some bottled. I had a cider with strawberry and a lemon and lime cider both very moreish. Could have stayed a lot longer. Well worth a visit if you like ciders. 😁

Lovely people, great food

·

Lovely place food was good don't get ripped off, that's unusual being a seaside eatery. Service was great very polite young lad. Quiet relaxed atmosphere.

The place is very nicely decorated. Waitress and trainee waitress were kind and helpful. However, the service was a little slow. I purposely ordered my daughter's food as soon as arrived but this was only served after half an hour, despite the place not being particularly busy at that time. They serve a huge portion of babyccino while a regular latte is only tiny. But beware because babyccino was piping hot, so make sure you check the temperature before handing it over to your child as it would cause a serious burn. No apology offered from senior waitress when complained about it. Trainee waitress kept wanting to take our dishes away while we were still eating. On the other hand, the food was freshly made and tasty. But overall, I would not come back here another time.

It had been closed for two weeks so we were excited to taste the fresh cakes on opening day and have a cup of coffee. Cakes were dry and flavorless and coffee was mediocre. We won’t be back, nothing special.

Went out with friends to this Cafe. It was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We all had different things from the menu and everyone loved the food. I had the vegetarian breakfast which was cooked to perfection, even the fried egg was and we all know how hard it is to find somewhere that can cook fried eggs. Will certainly go back again.
