Subway in Weymouth and Portland

Don't usually eat lunch but had a small breakfast. Called in for a 6" sub with my wife. She had the meal deal, so had a drink & cookie too, which I shared. Both subs were well made with good fresh ingredients by a young lady who was quite obviously experienced at her job. The price was reasonable as well. The young lady was always on the go, cleaning tables etc etc.Enjoyable visit.

Staff are always friendly are engaging on every visit really make you feel comfortable and at home which is impressive for a sandwich shop thumbs-up

Waited a full hour to be delivered this… it was soaking wet and completely inedible as well as being unable to get through to the store. To ask for a refund it’s a complete joke.

Came in today in early afternoon. The guy working was amazing but run off his feet with a line of customers and tons of delivery orders, so took a good while to get to our order. Really should have more people there, felt really bad for him.

I ordered food from here at 8:30 and got it by 9:45 when it was supposed to be delivered by 9. The drivers was changed 3 times and one of them made it halfway then disappeared off the map on the justeat app probably because they decided to eat my food. When it finally arrived my partners wrap wasn’t even warmed up and my subway sandwich was plastered with sauce probably to cover up that it had no cheese with it and looked like a 5 year old made it because of how messy it was and didn’t taste how it ever tasted whenever I had eaten here before. After eating it me and my partner still feel sick and it’s almost 2 hours later, the only good thing about the meal was the orange tropicana that the subway don’t make them self. Disappointed and not going to order from here again.

I was a regular customer of subway Weymouth before I left to go abroad and customer service was appalling but when I came back I had the best experience in the Weymouth shop a, very polite and helpful Scottish lady that went above and beyond to serve me and my experience was second none. I personally have told some of my friends that they should check it out.

Wouldn’t bloody bother, would give 0 stars if I could!!Ordered meatless meatball sub on just eat, it arrived freezing cold like the meatballs had been defrosted and not cooked, I’m pretty sure it had dairy cheese on too and I have a dairy allergy!!!! It went straight in the bin after one bite!!!!

Went there for the first time in ages, the man, or should I call him a gentleman, was so polite. He called mam and my partner and we called sir. He was extremely busy, as the new starter hadn't turned up, but was still in a really upbeat mood. I was pleasantly shocked by the service and the food. We'll definitely be back.

Affordable and healthy food on the go.That roasted chicken salad was good and on-the-spot. Staff was very polite.It would be an ideal option for people who want to keep their diet healthy with minimum impact on the budget and time while enjoying sightseeing.
