A lovely warm welcome from the staff in the restaurant. The food was excellent with a variety on the menu. Thursday seemed to be pizza night which everybody in the garden area was enjoying.

Fabulous experience, lovely staff, very generous portions and exactly what I wanted for a Sunday evening lunch. Very accommodating for vegetarians. My parents also thoroughly enjoyed their roast dinners which looked and smelt amazing.

Lovely little traditional pub / restaurant. Not many like it left nowadays.Really nice location with a lovely garden, home cooked food and nice beer.Staff all really friendly and welcoming. We went for a hike in the countryside fields nearby with the dogs, stopped in on our way back for food and drinks. Dogs were more than welcome. Staff kept popping out to see the doggies with a biscuit in hand.Wish we could have stayed until Sunday for one of their roasts!

Great pub located off the main road and could be easily missed. This hidden gem is a traditional english pub you often do not see these days. Good amount of seating inside and outside. Staff are very welcoming and offering great service throughout our visits. We visited a few times over our week stay from nearby Haven Weymouth Bay. Good traditional pub grub and drinks. Definitely visit if you are in the area.

Popped in for a quick drink after a day’s walking the coastal path. The pub is a short walk down a lane off the main road. Service was ok but the building could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Came here for something to eat at 7:50 (says food available til 8pm) but was told they stop serving at 7:45... so we had one drink, left & ate somewhere else.Won't return again. Shame.
