Very much a locals pub but staff friendly and polite. Great for sports on TV and live music on a Sunday.

If you want beer and football, it's the pub. local, friendly and well priced with good selection. Dog friendly also.

Staying in the suite.Nice size.2 generous rooms.Plenty of teas coffees and hot chocolate drinks spoons cups etcFridge nice cold slightly froze my coke nice and cold 😋Clean an freshSingle seat bed very comfortable for sitting laying on.Plenty of light and windows to open for nice cool breezeAmple size bathroom shower toilet room.A few suggestive points we found the beds very springy and uncomfortable, not good for my back.Only one hand rail to suite up stairs.I am on crutches any could of picked the ground floor.🙄Sofa bed sofa very uncomfortable to sit on.Windows need a clean 🤣

Brilliant pub, the new landlord, Joe, is an ace bloke. Completely turned it around from what it was. Vibrant atmosphere, live sport, live music, great beer garden. Families welcome!

Room 6 sleeps 6 comfortably. Don't believe booking.com!We had room 5 and 6. Excellent rooms. Staff are very friendly.Dogs are adored and most welcome.Sports on TV.Good beer.Parking and open area and garden at the rear.

The room was exactly what we needed,2 grandchildren had a bunk bed which they loved bed was comfortable had a tv shower and toilet tea facilities very clean and well worth the money

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Nice friendly welcome and helpful throughout our stay. Comfortable room. Would recommend.

Stayed in the hotel but didn't drink in the pub. Hotel was clean and staff followed covid guidance. Water pressure in the shower was very low, no bin in room, kettle flex was too short to plug in where it sat, wi down I bedroom was waiting for repair and couldn'tbe opened. Small things make the difference.
