It’s OK for a family meal. But food was so so (pasta quite good pizza quite bad) and the service was slow. Service is never good in the UK so maybe I need to manage my expectations.

This was a random booking while staying at Centreparcs. The place was lovely and spacious. We had a comfy half circle booth. The food was very good. But the staff were very lovely.. they seemed to really like their job.Special shout out to our server, Christine who was do helpful, informative and funny. A joy..the est!

We arrived at Bella Italia with high expectations and after a day packed full of activities, we all couldn’t wait to eat. However, the food and service was terrible, arguably the worse dining experience I have ever had. We ordered 5 starters, of which 2 came out after 15mins, the other 3 failed to arrive and were “lost in the kitchen”. From the first 2 starters to the next 3 starters coming out, was about 25/30mins. But ignoring the long wait, the starters were tasty and we all enjoyed them.Convinced it was just a minor mishap and things would improve for the next course, we waited in anticipation for our mains.Albeit, after another fairly long wait and the waitress losing our mains orders, we received all of our mains (at the same time). However we all quickly realised the decision to visit Bella italia was a poor one. The chicken dish was over cooked and rubber, zero effort for presentation. The carbonara was tasteless slop, made using the cheapest spaghetti, with large pieces of under cooked grissle. Very different from the “ham chunks’ described in the menu.We called the waitress over and explained that the carbonara was tasteless and that there was no ham, just bits of grissle. We also ordered a lasagne and this was disgusting, microwaved slop I can only describe this as. The kind waitress then asked if we wanted to see the manager.A hand was placed on top of the shoulder of one of our party by the manager and she introduced herself to the table with, “What is the problem?”, in a short and abrupt tone. We then proceeded to tell her the issues we’d had with the starters and now the mains. We explained the chicken was over cooked and pretty disgusting but the manager argued and said that she had eaten it for lunch that day and that’s usually one of their best sellers! We said the carbonara was not as described with inch cube lumps of grissle and then the manager replied, “what do you want me to do, take it off the menu?!”. The reply she got was yes, it’s not fit to sell, it’s not as described and you want nearly £17 for it, so if your having issues with your “ham supplier”, then don’t sell it and let your customers know.On a side note, we did not appreciate being acknowledged as “my love” every 2 mins from someone in that position.By this point the children we had were tired and hungry, half of the mains went back not even half eaten. We couldn’t even be bothered to mention the poor lasagne and in truth, we couldn’t wait to get out of the place. The manger did knock the chicken and the carbonara off the bill which we did appreciate, although we never actually received a “sorry” from her the entire evening. This is the worst dining experience I have ever had and I was embarrassed to take my children there. NEVER AGAIN!Bella Italia, during our stay at Center parcs, Warminster, you stuck out like a sore thumb. Our weekend was thoroughly enjoyable and all the other staff at center parcs were fantastic. I hope this is addressed but after reading several previous comments, I’m not holding out much hope.

Oh I wish I'd taken a picture of our food and I wish even more that there was a Bella Italia near me, although my waistline tells me it's just as well there isn't. Two days ago we had pizzas and all of us were of the opinion that this was the best 'eat-out' pizza we'd ever had and trust me, we've tried a few, today we went for pasta. There were all sorts of posh pasta dishes but I went down the straightforward Pollo e Funghi and oh my goodness it was fabulous, thick creamy sauce, big chunkc of chicken and chestnut mushrooms along with lots of proper pancetta. With garlic bread and a glass of red a dish to die for...

Been coming to Centre Parcs for years and always eat here. Boy it has gone down hill. Kids meals were microwaved and had cold spots, some parts hot some cold. This is the fastest way to get food poisoning, any fool knows that. My starter was calamari, deep fat fried to destruction. Nearly broke my teeth and it was tasteless. Next course consisted of microwaved children's meals (tasteless pap),under cooked pizza with plastic tasting toppings, again I strongly suspect frozen. The only thing in my opinion that was edible were the French Fries. All in all a very poor experience. Steaks now not available on the menu, I suspect this is because you would actually need a chef with experience to cook it to order. Seems post pandemic profit is the driving force not quality. Place was half empty which I had never seems before on a Friday night at 7 pm.

Visited this evening with my 3yr old and husband at 6pm. On arrival it was really quiet inside and we asked for a booth which they obliged. No colours or crayons etc for my son which was disappointing. It took 15 mins for us to order drinks, and with that one of them was wrong. Friendly waitress who corrected it all. Starters came out within about 5 mins of ordering which were nice however we waited 1hr 15mins for our mains to come! At the 45 mins point I asked if there was problems in the kitchen to which I was told all the staff are new. My son was understandably getting fed up and I asked if his could be cooked ( a 🍕 pizza) and brought out! His then arrived and ours 10mins later. His was burnt on the base! My husbands pasta was nice enough and so was my pizza but tbh we were all hungry and fed up.I don't understand why they couldn't have told us there was issues in the kitchen. Got us some more drinks of means of apology or some garlic bread. Instead we got left and ignored with a 3yr old and waited a silly amount of time. I was very close to leaving and walking out.The manager brought our food over and not a hint of a sorry. The kids meal came with a dessert and we asked got the ice lolly to go and the bill. The bill came and no ice lolly. We then had to prompt the waitress who was clearly confused and she asked if we wanted ice cream.Such a shame this has happened Bella Italia needs to seriously up its game. You have a captive market being in a prime spot in CP and no one seems to give a hoot!

Just so disappointing. I ordered Calamari to start, it was ÂŁ7 and I had 6 very overcooked pieces in a cup! Main was just hot and spicy with no other flavour. Going to Bella Italia on our 1st night at Centre Parcs is a family tradition but we won't visit again. Just a really rubbish experience with a ÂŁ108 bill for a less than average meal.

Our waiter definitely knew his Italian but unfortunately for him we didn't know a load of Italian. Upfront with what they had and didn't have, very polite and helpful as needed. Service was a bit slow considering it was 1/8 full. It was more dragging it out to make it look busy in my opinion. Food was nice to be fair to them, we was given a booth but again they are also experiencing some shortage with some products. Not helpful, when your approaching busy periods providing Boris doesn't put us in lock down as long as people behave. Alessio well done to you man

We went to this Bella Italia as part of a 5 day trip to Center Parcs at Longleat. This was one of the 5 or 6 restaurants available. It was during Covid so it wasnt very busy. They restricted the number of people in the restaurant. There was antiseptic gel at the entrance and when we were seated the waitress asked if we wanted her to wear a mask or not .We had 2 courses each and the waitress was very welcoming. The food was as you expect at Bella Italia.Out of the restaurants available, it's worth trying. When booking you have to pay a deposit to ensure you turn up.
