Lovely tea room with a beautiful aesthetic that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time! We had a fantastic full English breakfast here, and I was delighted to find that they served rose pouchong tea (which I love but really struggle to get my hands on!) It's not the cheapest place, however I do feel you get what you pay for - I got about 5 cups out of my serving of tea, and I didn't even empty the pot! With the high quality food, vast range of teas and friendly service, this is a wholly charming place that I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

A beautifully traditional English tea room. Had high tea for my first time here, the cakes and finger sandwiches were plenty and quite scrumptious. The tea was great. Service was very nice. The restaurant is decorated in a victorian fashion and the staff was dressed accordingly.

Paid a visit to this tea room being an enthusiast of medieval buildings. This tea room has authentic charm, friendly staff and the freshly baked scones were one of the best I've had, not to mention a large variety of teas to choose from. Will definitely visit again.

BEST AFTERNOON TEA EVER!Place is amazing and well decorated with all Victorian style stuff, staff are incredible, friendly and doing their job in the absolute high standards! When I went there was a new girl within the staff and she was amazing how she did everything so perfectly!Food and tea are absolutely delicious!I went there twice! Every time I was in Bath I came here for some afternoon tea and it’s 100% worth the visit

·

A lovely place to visit and have lunch or afternoon tea. The meals are great and the cakes are lovely. They have an array of teas and coffee. The staff were friendly and if you love old buildings and a nice ambiance, this is the place for you.

The most beautiful and inviting tea rooms I have ever seen anywhere! Lovely decor, really old and original. The waitress wore a pretty period styled long apron. We had the full works - a delicious selection of finger sandwiches, cake treats and of course light scones with jam and cream. The manager was very chatty, and happily shared his historic information. There was a full menu for other meals which looked good, but we didn’t have anything from the menu as we had gone just for the afternoon tea. We shall just have to come back and try some more dishes!

Wow Stunningly beautiful Tea Rooms in a listed building. Very old England 😍 The Whole experience was truly outstanding. The wonderful waitresses are helpful and charming. Beautifully dressed and a credit to the management. All the tea items were tasty and well presented. If you can book to go please do, you will not be disappointed. Parking is available in three nearby car parks. Very reasonable cost. Great place to visit.

This place was a sheer delight, a lovely quaint building, which everyone was photographing, and the perfect entrance to the equally captivating interior. The staff were fantastic and very polite & attentive. However, it's the clotted cream and scones which is the reason I was here for and they did not disappoint, an absolute indulgence which I'll not forget. Honestly, like having Angels massaging your palate with ethereal ecstasy.... anyway, i will be back soon but try it please.
