Britz Takeaway and Diner in Wiltshire

Second time I’ve ordered here, second time in a row an item has been left off our order, costing us £9.25 in missing food. It’s a shame as the food does taste pretty good, just a shame the staff is more conferenced with talking to each other than focusing on customer orders.

This burger cost me over £5 and was the kind of tasteless thing you mind find at McDonald's for 99p. The onion rings were the soggiest, wateriest things I've ever eaten. Absolutely disappointed

fish and chips for lunch today, decided to eat in. After a 25 minute wait, 3 people served before us who ordered after us, listening to the lady im guessing manager having a constant moan at the lovely young chap behind the counter we finally got our food. One plate freezing cold fish and chips the other plate piping hot fish, cold chips and cold mushy peas, after eating half the fish we just couldnt stomach the cold food anymore and left.Note to that manager, there is a time and place to reprimand staff and behind the counter and in front of customers isnt that place, no wonder you are always advertising for staff. How Degrading and damaging you are being to that poor lad is as sickening as your food was today!

How can it take so long to produce one fish and chips and 6pm. 25mins waiting and the chips were not cooked properly.

Ordered 2 jumbo battered sausages and regular sized chips, got given the chips but two jumbo sausages without batter even though it could be a simple mistake the sausage was nice although the chips weren’t warm nor were they crunchy just soft

Very tasty chips, great mushy peas, they take your order at the counter then ask you to stand by the door, seems to be open all day

Very good fish 🐟 and chips and mushy peas to go with them. I get an order every month for a little group of us and had no problems even with a very large order of 18 or more people britz lived up to their name with no problems at all. I will recommend them to anyone.

I got fish chips and peas at 4.30 today it was expensive and absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money! The skin was still on the fish the batter was tough and chips soggy! Mushy peas ok though! I put the fish down for the dog but batter was too hard for him too!

Ordered from here twice now. Great delivery! Lovely fish and chips. This was a small cod and chips, which I found was plenty :)

Not the best fish and chips in Salisbury with pretty meagre portion size. My chips last night were pale and soggy and stuck together in a clump. I was not impressed, and I'm not normally somebody that complains.
